大卒採用13.7%増 技術職・海外展開に的 団塊世代退職に備え 来春計画 本社調査 震災後も積極姿勢

The Nihon Keizai Shimbun released Sunday results of the survey on domestic compnanies' plans of hiring emplyees in spring next year. The data shows unversity graduate employment expected in the 2012 spring, which attains the second consecutive yearly growth with a 13.7-percent increase compared with that in the 2011 spring.What's more,its two-digit icrease is for the first time in four years. Given recent circumstances such as that companies are adjusting their employemnt distortion brought about by reducing their employment numbers in the past years,that baby boomers having continued working after their mandatory retirement are expected to go away from their jobs, and that many of companies are seeking competent employees capable of proceeding with new technology and working overseas, the attitude with which companies are securing their human resources are positive even after the great earthquake in this March.

主力機エンジン開発参画 エアバス向け 炭素繊維を活用 4000機、1兆円見込む IHI

Three Japanese companies of IHI Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Kawasaki Heavy Industries have decided to participate in the international joint program for developing the small-size aircraft engine initiated by Airbus. The enigine is expected to be installed on the next generation model of aircraft which is to begin commercial service in 2016. A total cost of development is about 100 billion yen. Through Japanese companies's participation, carbon fibers,light in weight and great in strength, will be adopted for the first time into commercial airplanes. According to the projection by Airbus, the comapny will reach sales more than 1 trillion yen in the world market over the next 15 years only by selling the enigine because there will be an increasing demand not only in developed economies but also emerging economies.

原発「安全対策が完了」 経済産業相きょう表明 再稼働理解求める 自治体は追加対策要望 実現に時間

The Ministry of Economy,Trade and Industry confirmed Friday that short-term additional security measures for neclear power reactors the ministry issued to 11 domestic electric power companies had all been properly carried out. And today the minister Banri Kaieda will make an anouncement that building up provisional security measures at present has been finished with capability secured of preventing the disaster even if a serious accident happens. After the announcement the ministry is to ask related municipalities to allow an electric power company to resume the operation of the nuclear reactors now at recess. However, there are other requirements to electric power companies given by these municipalities. So it likely takes some time for full-fledged resumption.

鉄道 官民がアジアで整備 インフラ輸出 事業費5300億円 ベトナム 京阪電が運営参加 モンゴル 丸紅、首都で地下鉄

The Japanese government and domestic private companies such as Keihan Electric Raillway Co. and Marubeni Corporation have reached an agreement in jointly participating in the railway businesses in the three Asian countries of Vietnam,Mongol and Indonesia.They will not only export railway cars but also take part in the business management by taking shares. An estimated total cost is 535 billion yen. Already basic agreements have been reached between Japanese participants and each of the three countries.

In vietnam, an expected railway is that connecting between the central part of Hanoi and the High-Tech park in its suburb with an investment of 270 billion yen. The operation will begin in 2019 and its construction will be finished in 2022.Keihan is expected to participate in its business management. In Mongol,two lines of subways are constructed in the central parts of the capital Ulan Bator. An estimated total cost is 180 billion yen with Maruibeni expected to engage in its management and operation. The operation wil begin in 2020.

The government is pushing ahead with public & private- coordinated infrastructure exports as a new Japanese business model.

Toshiba Corporation and US Hewlett-Packard Company likely will have a tie-up in the "Smart Community Project" for creating the environment-oriented cities. They will coopearte in building a system where they are able to manage and control the electricity consumption used by the households,factories and buildings in the community,and provide enegy-saving supprot services for the community via the Internet.They plan to participate in the environment-oriented city planning in the world.
