Life is wonderful:

自分の人生は素晴らしく明るいと信じて、困難、苦労、苦難にめげず、未来を明るく描いていく。厳しい現実の中で、つい負けそうになる自分を励ましながら、明るく振舞っていく。そのような姿勢こそが人生をひらいていくのです。
To depict your future bright, believing your life is wonderful and bright, in spite of difficulties, worries and hardship. To behave cheerfully encouraging yourself about to be beaten in a rigid realty. It is this kind of attitude that will lead you to a broad way in life.

The attitude that you are concerned about suppliers and customers all the time day and nigh. It is the very essence of the business you should devote yourself to. (the way of business you should do)

You shouldn't be tight both physically and mentally. It is crucial for you to be free and easy in doing things. (tightness)

夢は人生の飛躍台：
Your dream would be your jumping board:

私たちはいくつになっても夢を語り、明るい未来の姿を描ける人間でありたいものだ。夢を抱けない人には創造や成功がもたらされることはないし、人間的な成長もない。
We would like to be the guys who can talk about their dreams or can depict a bright future no matter how old they become. Without having a dream, one could not get any creation or success, as well as maturity as a human.

なぜなら、夢を描き、創意工夫を重ね、ひたむきに努力を重ねていくことを通じて、人格は磨かれていくからだ。夢や思いというのは人生のジャンプ台である。
It is because our personalities could be brushed up one by one through the process that we have a dream, work out on various kinds of devices , and continue making strenuous efforts. Our dreams or desires would be our jumping board in life.

You should pay attention to things you are doing as much as possible. There is no exaggeration of paying attention in completing your job thoroughly. (careful attention)
