ありがとうございました！ ...and thank you very much!!

「人は確実に自信を持てるようになる」

そう言われたら、みなさんどのように思われるでしょうか。また、そんな
方法があると聞いたら、どんな風に思われるでしょうか。

私はそれを知り、それをお手伝いする立場にいられたらなんて幸せだろう
と思い、それを少しずつやっていくうちにそれが楽しくなってしまい、今回、
思い切って、そちらに舵を切る決断を致しました。

今までご一緒させていただいたみなさま、

２年半弱という短い期間でしたが、本当にいろいろとお世話になりまして
ありがとうございました。2007年8月からの2年半、いろいろな機会を
いただき、多くの方々とご一緒させていただくことを通して、本当に多くの
ことを学ばせていただき、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

退職は何度も経験しましたが、今回ほど清々しい気持ちで最終日を迎えた
ことはありませんでした。それは、自分よりもよっぽどしっかりしたＮさんが
後任についてくださり、そのもとにはＨＫさん、ＳＫさんというまわりの
見えるマネージャーがいて．．．そしてチームのみなさんおひとりお一人が
Change Mindを持って一丸となって取り組む土壌がここにあるからです。

本当に一緒にお仕事をさせていただいて高められる方々、素敵な仲間たち
にお別れするのは寂しい限りですが、自分のやりたいことにフォーカスして
結果を出して行こうと思います。

今まで本当にありがとうございました。
そして、これからもどちらかでご一緒できる機会がありましたら、よろしく
お願い致します。

"Everyone can be/become proud of him/herself"

What do you think if you hear this sort of message; or how do
feel if you hear there's such a way to do it.

When I came to know this, I thought I would like to be in a
position to support people in this way. And when I started
slowly, it became great part of me and now, I decided to
move on.

My dear colleagues, for those whom I worked with,

Thank you very much. It was great pleasure for me to work with you
all. Since August 2007, through many opportunities and through
working with many colleagues, I really learnt a lot, and I greatly
appreciate it.

I experienced resignations several times, though, this time I feel
very relaxed and calm; as N-san, who is a lot more capable than
myself, is taking over my position, and HK-san and SK-san,
who has good perspective to their teams are working for him, and
above all, all the members in Operations now have 'Change' mindset
and buckled into one team.

It is sad to say good-bye to all of you, though, I will focus on what
I really would like to do and try my best to obtain the result.

Once again, thank you very much.

And, I would be grateful if there's any chance in future to see you
or work together.
