　Minor Rape Trashigang police have detained a 14-year old boy for the rape of a two-and-a-half-year old girl in Melphey village, Samkhar on March 24.

　うーん、14歳の少年が二歳半年上の少女をレイプ！

The hospital has submitted a preliminary report to the police, about a tear measuring around three millimetres, the doctor said.  He said no signs of discharge and penetration were found, maybe because the case was reported the next day.
