チェルシーはプレミア開幕以降６連勝しちゃいまして
２位マン・Uとは３点差となっております。
おっそろしく好調！

１点目はA・コールのヘッダー。敬礼風セレブレーション、カッコよかったです。元気ですね。彼。



２点目はランパードからゴール前へしぶといパス、これをバラックが、身体のどこかで当ててネットへねじ込みました！！これで今期プレミア３得点目！Yippee！




ピッチに寝転がって、どうだ～！って格好のバラックに、一番先に祝福に行ったのはアネルカ君。

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti said he was pleased with his team’s performance as they beat Tottenham 3-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea took a first-half lead through Ashley Cole before Michael Ballack and Didier Drogba wrapped things up with goals in the 58th and 63rd minutes.

And while Ancelotti knows the scoreline does not tell the full story, he was happy with his players.

“We did a very good job on the pitch,” he said.

“The first half was more difficult. Tottenham played well.

Ashley Cole and John Terry identified the character of the Chelsea team as a key factor behind their 3-0 victory over Tottenham.
今回の勝利の大きな要因として、チェルシーというチームの特質を挙げた二人。

Cole opened the scoring in Sunday's London derby before further goals from Michael Ballack and Didier Drogba clinched the three points.

The Blues have now won their opening six Premier League games of the season and Cole is confident they can claim their first Premier League title since he joined the club in 2006.

Skipper Terry echoed the sentiments of his team-mate by praising the battling qualities of everyone in the side.

Miroslav Klose kept Germany on course for a place at next year's World Cup with two second-half goals to seal a 4-0 win over Azerbaijan on Wednesday night.

The 31-year-old Bayern Munich star has now scored 47 goals for his country to put him joint third amongst Germany's goal-scorers and level with legends Jürgen Klinsmann and Rudi Völler.

It was only a matter of time before Germany got the first goal and it came soon after when Bayern's Gomez threaded a pass through the defence for Köln's Podolski. He was brought down by the Azerbaijan defence and Ballack slotted home the spot kick on 13 minutes.

The move paid off as Klose hit his 46th goal for Germany on 55 minutes after Azerbaijan had their captain Samir Abbasov sent off five minutes before for a second yellow card offence.

Klose showed a poacher´s instinct when he scored his second on 66 minutes before Podolski slotted home his shot on 71 minutes as Germany re-exerted their authority.

FIFA Decision

とても深くて難しい問題が隠れているんですね。
チェルシーの今回の移籍市場参加禁止問題がクローズアップされて、見えてきたのは水面下で進む、有望ジュニア選手獲得の熾烈な争い。

私など門外漢で、こんなこと書ける立場じゃないけど、門外漢なりに考えてみました。

この一連の報道を、具に、とはいえないけど、ざーっと読んでいると、なんだか日本のプロ野球と読売ジャイアンツの関係を思い起こしてしまったのです。

お金をふんだんに使ってスター選手をかき集めて、毎年リーグ優勝、毎年日本一、になっていたジャイアンツ。もちろん人気があるチームだけど、あまりにひとり勝ちし過ぎるから、選手達がもっとバランスよく各チームへ配分されるように、ということでドラフト制度が導入されたんですよね。たしか。

その結果、若い有望選手の中には、自分の希望する球団へ入れない人が沢山出てきてしまった。ドラフト制度は人身売買だ、などという非難が出始めた。意に沿わないチームでプレーしていて、契約期限がきてフリーになると、自分を試しにメジャーへと旅立つ選手が続出するようになった。

誰だって自分がプレーしたい、と思う場所でプレーしたい。本人の意志、意向が大切にされなきゃね。
そんな経緯を経て、衰退しつつある日本の今のプロ野球がある、（と、私は勝手に考えています。もちろん、ドラフト制度だけが原因じゃないけど。要因のひとつとして。違っていたら、スミマセン。）


で、話はフットボールですが、下の記事にあるように、PFA（プロフットボーラー協会）会長ゴードン・テイラー氏は、18歳以下のフットボール選手はクラブ間を移籍することを禁じるべきだ、と言い出している。

『フットボールは競技だ。金を持っているビッグクラブが、全ての優秀な選手を集めることは出来ない。』

たしかに行き過ぎた青田刈り、例えば11歳とか12歳の子などは、社会経験がなく判断能力も不足しているから、親の判断か、周囲の関係者の影響を受けて従うこととなる。それって、その若い選手の人生を左右してしまう可能性があるし、大成しなかった場合は、どうなるかってことですよね。セイフティネットを青田刈りするクラブは張ってくれるのですか？ということです。

そう考えてくると、イングランド2部の監督の記事にあるように、目が眩むような条件提示して、若い選手を集めるのは、道徳的な面からも、非難を受けて仕方の無いことかもしれない。

だけど一方で、職業選択の自由はどうなるのかってことにもなる。日本のプロ野球で起こった、プレーしたいチームでプレー出来ない、という不満は、どこかに歪みを生んで、別の問題となって噴出するんじゃないでしょうか、きっと。

だから、UEFA会長のプラチニさんも言っている様に、18歳以下の選手に関しては、何らかのルール作りが必要な時期がきているのかもしれない。


何が言いたいのかっていうと、つまり、ある程度のルールは必要だと思うけど、ルールに縛られて、フットボールの持つ、spectacular!!!な魅力を失ってしまうようことがないようにお願いしたい訳です。

Uefa president Michel Platini has backed Fifa over their reaction to the Gael Kakuta affair.
Fifa have banned Chelsea from signing any players in the next two transfer windows after finding them guilty of poaching the former Lens player in 2007.
FIFAは、元Lensの選手を不正に引き抜いた件で、チェルシーに2回の移籍市場参加を禁じたが、UEFA会長プラチニは、これを支持。

The Stamford Bridge outfit and Kakuta were both handed fines, and the player was also banned from playing for four months.
チェルシーとカクタ選手には罰金が課され、さらに4ヶ月の出場停止処分も。

Platini has thrown his weight behind the ban, insisting that action has to be taken to stop clubs poaching young talent.
この決定は、若い優秀な選手引き抜きに歯止めをかけるだろう、とプラチニは禁止処分を支援する立場をとった。

"It's a Fifa decision but we're interested in what happens," the Frenchman said in The Sun.

Taylor supports U18 transfer ban

"There's been a general feeling that a ban on movement of players under the age of 18 would be better for the game," Taylor told 5 Live's Sportsweek.

"Football is about competition. You can't have all the best youngsters at the biggest, richest clubs."

Former Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink believes the Blues will be more motivated on the field by Fifa's transfer ban.

The Russia manager, in Cardiff for the World Cup qualifier with Wales, is confident the Stamford Bridge side will not be brow-beaten after being found guilty of breaching regulations over their signing of Gael Kakuta from Lens.

"It surprised me. I'm not into this matter, but the fact is that they reacted as they have reacted and should react," the Dutchman told Sky Sports News.

カクタという選手がどういう違反をしたのか、詳細は不明。ですが、FIFAは以前も同じような制裁をローマやスイスのSionというクラブにも課したことがあるそうで、CAS（スポーツ仲裁裁判所）への訴えによって、ローマの場合は軽減されたこと、タイミング的に、1月の移籍ウィンドウに影響はないのではないか、との見方がこちらESPNの記事には載っている。

Chelsea will launch the "strongest appeal possible" after FIFA banned them from signing any players until January 2011.
2011年1月まで、いかなる選手との移籍契約も禁ずる、というFIFAからの通達に対し、チェルシーは出来るだけ強く抗議を行っていく、と公式サイトで発表。


World football's governing body revealed on Thursday they would prevent the Blues from registering players for the next two transfer windows after being found guilty of inducing French teenager Gael Kakuta to breach his contract with Lens.
FIFAは、チェルシーがカクタ選手を説き伏せてLensとの契約を破らせた、として、チェルシーに対して、今後2回の移籍ウィンドウ解禁期間に、新たな選手登録を禁ずると、発表。

The 18-year-old winger joined Chelsea from the Ligue 1 side in 2007, after which the French club lodged a complaint with FIFA.
カクタは2007年にLensからチェルシーへ移籍したが、その後Lensは、FIFAに対して不服申し立てをしていた。

FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) has finally passed their decision on the contractual dispute and handed down a hefty ban and substantial fine to the Blues.
FIFA紛争解決会議(DRC)は、この契約関連紛争への決定を下し、チェルシーに対して、非常に重い禁止令とかなりの額の罰金を課した。

Chelsea hit back at the ruling by issuing the following statement on their official website: "Chelsea will mount the strongest appeal possible following the decision of FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber over Gaël Kakuta.

FIFA will now send official documentation to Stamford Bridge and upon receipt of those notification papers Chelsea will have 10 days in which to lodge an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Given the severity of the punishment, it is almost certain the club will take that course of action.
FIFAはチェルシーへ公式書類を送付し、チェルシーはその通知を受領後、10日以内にスポーツ仲裁裁判所(CAS)へ上訴することが出来る。

A statement from FIFA read: "The DRC found that the player had indeed breached a contract signed with the French club. Equally, the DRC deemed it to be established that the English club induced the player to such a breach.

"A restriction of four months on his eligibility to play in official matches has been imposed on Kakuta. Back in July 2005, Italian club Roma were similarly banned from signing players for a period of one year over the controversial signing of defender Philippe Mexes from French club Auxerre. However, on appeal the CAS later ordered FIFA to cut its ban to cover a single transfer window.
2005年のことだが、イタリアのクラブ、Romaも、今回と同様に、フランスのクラブAuxerreから、ディフェンダーPhilippe Mexesと問題のある契約を交わし、1年間、選手移籍契約を禁止されたことがあった。

Swiss club FC Sion also found themselves in trouble in April 2009 when FIFA banned them from conducting transfers until the end of the 2009/10 season due to their capture of Egyptian goalkeeper Essam El Hadary, who was still under contract with Al-Ahly. FC Sion have appealed to the CAS, with their punishment frozen until the case is concluded.
またスイスのSionというクラブが、別のクラブとの契約下にあるエジプト人ゴールキーパーを獲得したため、2009/10終了まで移籍契約禁止をFIFAから命じられる、ということが、今年4月に起こった。

An interesting twist would therefore surround the timing of Chelsea's appeal. It will be a number of weeks before the official papers are delivered to Stamford Bridge, from which time the club will have those 10 days to appeal. It then takes at least three months for the CAS to hear a case and that means it is highly possible Chelsea will be able to sign players for some or all of the January window.

This was the case with Roma when, after the CAS agreed to hear an appeal, their ban was suspended on August 8, 2005, allowing them to sign players for the remainder of that summer window. It took the CAS four months to hear Roma's case, and if the same happened to Chelsea it is likely that they would be unaffected in January.

Germany's Michael Ballack will consider his international future after next summer's 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™. The Chelsea attacking midfielder, 33 in three weeks' time, has been the key player for his country for several years.
バラックは来年のワールドカップ後に、ドイツ代表としての進退を考えるつもりでいる。3週間後に33歳となるバラックは、ここ数年間、ドイツ代表チームの中心選手だ。

Speaking ahead of Saturday's friendly with South Africa in Leverkusen, he said: "I will decide after the World Cup in 2010 if I carry on or stop.

Ballack's admission is unlikely to come as a surprise to Germany coach Joachim Low, whose side continue to hone their preparation for their remaining qualifiers with a game against Bafana Bafana at the weekend.

Captain Michael Ballack says Germany need to raise their game if they are to seal a place at the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.

Ballack's call to arms on Monday comes just over five weeks before the UEFA EURO 2008 finalists face Russia in a pivotal Group 4 qualifier in Moscow. Germany go into that 10 October clash leading Guus Hiddink's Russians, who have a game in hand, by four points.

"We have to singularly improve our level of play if we want to be a candidate at the World Cup," the Chelsea midfielder told German news agency SID.

Michael Ballack, Lukas Podolski, Mesut Ozil and Robert Enke sat out training on Tuesday as Germany prepare to face South Africa in a friendly.
バラック、ポドルスキー、オジル、エンケは、南アフリカとの親善試合が近づく中、火曜日のトレーニングには加わらなかった。

Germany take on the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ hosts in Leverkusen on Saturday, but Chelsea star Ballack missed training here on Tuesday with a groin strain, while Werder Bremen midfielder Ozil has a knee injury.

Hanover's keeper Enke was a late withdrawal having suffered from the 'flu and it is not clear how long he will be out for.

Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack signed a one-year contract extension in May, but the German is keen to put pen to paper on a deal that could potentially see him finish his career with the Blues.
５月に契約を１年延長したバラックだが、ひょっとして現役を終えるまでチェルシーでプレー出来るような、そういう契約を是非チェルシーと交わしたいと考えている。

"For me, I’m still young at 32," Ballack began, according to The Telegraph.
テレグラフによると、『僕はまだ32という若さだ。』とバラックは語った。

"I’m enjoying playing. I want to play football for a few more years at a high level because I feel good. This is the best league in the world and I’m happy to be a part of it."
