みんながアネルカをトップスコアラーに押し上げようとしていて。。。
グバさんも、優しいラストパスでした。

B氏がウィルスに倒れて、不出場。だからビデオ早回し。
でもチームのまとまりや和を感じて、心温かくなる試合でした。
やっぱりヒディンクさんて、人心を把握するのが上手い、優れた監督なんだ。
戦略とかが、どう優れているのかは、よく分からないのですけど。

スタジアムから、ずい分賑やかにチャントが聞こえてきていたけど、EuroSportsの記事によると：

『ローマン、彼と契約しろ』っていうチャントもあったそうですね。ヒディンクさんは、それに対して、立ち上がってファン達にお辞儀をした、とある。

Guus Hiddink said goodbye to Stamford Bridge in perfect fashion on Sunday, and was touched by the support he received.
日曜日、ヒディンクはスタンフォード・ブリッジで完璧に近い形で、別れを告げることができた。そして、そこで受けたファンからの応援に感動した。

Five minutes into the second half, the whole stadium began to chant the Dutchman's name, and rarely stopped for the remainder of the game before clapping him and his side around the field after the final whistle.
後半に入ってから5分後、スタジアム全体が、ヒディンクの名をチャントし始めた。そしてそのチャントは、最後のホィッスルが吹かれて、ヒディンクと彼のチームに対しての拍手がフィールド全体に広がるまで、ほとんど止むことなく続いた。

Before those events, Florent Malouda and Nicolas Anelka had made sure of the three points with goals in either half against a Blackburn side with only limited attacking intentions.

Back inside after withdrawing from the celebrations outside, he expressed his surprise at how the Chelsea fans had taken to him in three short months.

'That was a nice appreciation from the crowd and to be honest I didn't expect it in this way because I am here for a relatively short period to do my job, and not just that, you have to deliver more and that's what I tried,' he explained.

Same in Korea because they didn't do anything in many championships and the team delivered. But being in a country which is leading in world soccer regarding the Premier League and having big experience I expected it to be respectful, but not more. That's why I was surprised. I was positively surprised by the reaction of the people.'

Asked what legacy he leaves behind for next season, the 62-year-old said:

'I don't want to go into next season and put on a cloud of pressure, it's not for me. I think when you want to compete you have to renew every year your squad. With the Premier League, FA Cup, Carling Cup, Champions League you need a squad which is occupied with 30 outfield players, a squad to compete with first position. Like Manchester United you can use more and more players.

They can still perform, but you might face all kinds of problem, like when they are injured it is difficult to come back. I know people inside this house are very aware of that.'

Hiddink knows as well as anyone though that before anyone needs consider next season, there is still work to be done.

Guus Hiddink has been considering life for both sides after his short affair with Chelsea comes to an end this month.
ヒディンクは、現在の生活と、チェルシーでの任務終了後の生活について考えている。

The Dutchman was introduced on a temporary basis in mid February following the dismissal of Luiz Felipe Scolari, and has rejuvenated the squad, reaching the FA Cup Final and Champions League semis while sealing a top three Barclays Premier League finish, but will be returning to his role as Russia coach following our Wembley date with Everton on May 30. Tomorrow's game with Blackburn will be his last at home.
スコラーリ解任後の2月中旬、ヒディンクは臨時監督ということで任に就いた。その後チームの勢いを回復させ、FAカップ決勝戦、CL準決勝戦と進出を果たし、プレミアリーグでは、3位以内を確定させた。しかし、ヒディンクは5月30日のエヴァートンとのウェンブリーでの決勝戦を終えると、ロシア代表監督としての任務へ戻る。明日の試合がホーム最後の試合となる。


He readily accepts that he will miss the day-to-day involvement of club football, and will be returning to Moscow with a heavy heart after his achievements in west London.
彼はクラブ監督として、毎日フットボールに関わる日々を失うのは、寂しいことだ、と潔く認めている。そしてチェルシーでの功績を胸に、モスクワへと戻って行く。

'Of course, I don't deny that but I know also my full-hearted obligations. I am looking forward to Russia as well because I have a direct relationship with them. I will miss the daily work and the daily problems with players to get them right, I don't deny that,' he explained.

'This is a well-organised club and everyone has to perform here. Except one or two losses, I have had a very positive experience.

'What I hear and what I like very much is that we must go for the silverware at the end. What I hear now not just in England but also outside is that people have watched Chelsea in recent months and appreciated the way Chelsea promoted themselves through the performances and it is good to know that,' he continued. 'On top of that I would like a little bit of silverware.'

That opportunity is still to come, and he believes silverware is something this squad can achieve regularly, but would still recommend signings be made when a new man comes in.

'It is up to the management what they will do next year but every year, even when a team has won all the silverware, I think that you have to renew on some positions or add players to give more depth in quality,' he said.

Once he has departed, Hiddink has already stated he would like to return to visit in an unofficial role, and insists he would be no more than a tourist.

'Every now and then I will visit as a visitor, hopefully I am not the kind of person to put clouds on the club or the team, which I don't like. I like to have my contact every now and then, but just as a tourist. Whoever it [the new manager] might be can and must work very independently and will do so because it will be a big manager of course.'

As for his own future, Hiddink accepts that with 62 years behind him, he might now be better suited to international management despite his continued energy for the daily involvement.
彼自身の今後について、62歳を越えたヒディンクは、日々フットボールに関わるエネルギーを持ち合わせてはいるものの、代表監督の役割の方が、今は相応しいのかもしれない、と認めている。

'That's one road, but you can feel very energetic to be involved on a daily basis.
『代表監督も一つの道ですが、日々フットボールに関わっているクラブ監督の仕事は、自身を非常にエネルギッシュに感じることが出来る仕事ですね。』

'When you are involved in soccer then age is not that important but as a manager you must be careful and know your own trap as well. It might be when you are ageing you might stick to some rigid ideas or systems, so be aware of your own weakness and traps,' he warned.

『サッカーと関わっている時は、年齢なんて重要ではありません。しかし、監督を務めるとなると、気を付けなければならないですね。自分自身の陥りやすい、偏狭な穴に落ち入らないようにしないと。年をとると、どうしても柔軟性のない考えやシステムにこだわり勝ちになります。だから自分の弱点や、陥り勝ちな思考に、気付いていなければならないのです。』

What he will do beyond his Russia contract, due to expire after the 2010 World Cup, remains a mystery.
2010年ワールドカップ後、ロシアとの契約が切れた後、ヒディンクの身の処し方は、未定のままだ。

'I stopped planning because once I planned when I was working in the top league in Spain and said I would do it one or two more years then a different way, and that was 12 years ago.'
『私は計画を立てることは、止めました。かつて、スペインのトップリーグで働いていた時、私は計画を立てました。これを2～3年続けようと。でも結局、そうはならなかった。今から12年前のことです。』

The one thing that is certain is that after his spell in SW6, Hiddink will be departing with everyone's best wishes. The hope is he will also leave with an FA Cup winner's medal.

Guus Hiddink could be without a further three of his squad on Sunday, but insists motivation for his squad will be no problem against Blackburn Rovers.
ヒディンクは、日曜の試合は、3選手が欠場となるが、チームとしてのモチベーションに問題はないだろう、と語った。

'We had this week a friendly game against Manchester City at the Bridge where Kalou got a little injury just above his ankle, so I doubt if he will be available for Sunday.
『今週はホームで、マンチェスター・シティとのフレンドリー・マッチがありましたが、カルーはその試合で踝の上辺りを負傷しました。彼は日曜の試合は難しいと思います。』

'If he is not available I think after the weekend he will be okay,' Hiddink added. 'Today we had two people at home having problems with, I don't know if it's flu, the doctor is there with Ballack and Belletti. Belletti could be back tomorrow, I will wait for the report.'

There is good news to report with our two other injured players though, as Deco and Ricardo Carvalho are making good progress on their respective hamstring injuries.

'Deco has recovered and is starting up his training although not with the intensity which is needed to bring him in on Sunday. Carvalho is the same, he is doing his programme,' said the Dutchman.

Even without an FA Cup Final to look forward to at the end of the month, Hiddink believes his players would be showing no less appetite for the game with two league games to play.

'We have to do the serious approach which we do on every game. The lads like to play soccer and if you see them training they love to play and must play a good game against Blackburn and Sunderland.

'We stay on our toes regarding our concentration towards the end of May. We have to play the game as we like to play the game, that's enough of a motivation. They see the stadium, the people. Every player who is not motivated in these circumstances is not worth a start in the first 11,' he said.

Despite a few problems with personnel, Hiddink expects few changes to his system, which he explained gives him plenty of options.

'I like the flexibility of the system. Whether we play with two strikers up front, or three strikers or one striker and a lot of attacking midfielders, everyone has his job when we don't have the ball, everyone has to work hard which we are doing already, and I won't change that,' he said.

Sunday will be Hiddink's last home game as Chelsea coach, and as such the last time he walks out at Stamford Bridge. It is an occasion that hasn't escaped his attention, but he is sure he will be back in the future.

'When I started in February we talked a lot about it, I was fully committed to do my job but having had the response of everyone it gives me a lot of satisfaction. It is not easy to say but let's not be too dramatic. I will unofficially keep my connection with the club, supporting by every now and then coming to visit and whatever might be needed but not in an official situation,' he said.

Before that game, Manchester United can seal the championship by taking a point against Arsenal on Saturday. Hiddink believes they will be worthy winners, and outlined why.

'I think every team in this league will experience some period of less performances, and in that period the quality of Man U was not to panic and stick to their jobs,' he said. こんな形で、バルサ戦の結果を嘆いている。
というか、皮肉っている。
その上、チェルシーへの愛に満ちている。
お洒落～！

ところで、ストア探索中に可愛いフィギュアリンのアニメがありました。
グバさん、JT、ランプス達はカッコよく決めてるよ。

なのに、なぜですかー？
バラック氏はボール遊び？？
どーして、マズーカ砲ズドーンの決めポーズじゃないの～？
どーして？どーして？（泣）

Blues Down And Out

＜一部追記しました＞

バラック、準決勝セカンドレグ後の短いインタヴュー。
UEFA CL Magazineの Blues Down And Outの中で、ヒディンク、ランパードに続いて、スーツ姿のバラック、コメントしてます。

要約すると、以下の如し。

ヒディンク：
『試合後、一時間たって、振り返ってみると、まあ全体として、よくやったと思う。自分達が成し遂げたことを誇りに思いますよ。力を合わせて戦った選手達を誇りに思っています。しかし、We should have ----- with the final 』
この-----の部分が残念ながら、分からない～。どうすべきだった、と言っているのかなあ。
　
ーー　聴きなおしてみて分かりました。ーー
We should have crowned it with the final.
『その努力を、決勝戦という頂上で、報いたかった。』


ランパード：
『最後の最後でゴールが決まった。バルサは素晴らしいチームだ。決勝戦での健闘を祈っている。』
ランパード、早口過ぎ。多分こんなこと言っているのだろう、と想像。

バラック：
『僕たちがもっと早く決めておくべきゲームだった。でも素晴らしい試合だった。両レグとも、戦略的に素晴らしい試合だった。バルサは強いチームだった。先週も強さを見せてくれたし、今週もゴールを決めた。僕たちが、あと一歩のところまで行っていたけど、試合というのは、時として94分あるからね。（記者：97分ですね）それで、全てが変わってしまうんだ。』

意外とサッパリとした表情で、バルサは強かった、と述べていますね～。



応援する側こそ、down and outの状態なのに、選手の方が立ち直りが早い？のね。終わった試合は、ウダウダ言わず、次、行くぞ～！なのかなあ。次って、もうFA Cup Finalしかないのですが。あ、バラックは来年のワールド・カップね。

でも、レフェリーのジャッジを巡って、ずい分な騒ぎのようです。
ノルウェー人のOvreboさん、コメントを一切しないようUEFA かPFAから命じられて、極秘のうちに国外へ出た、とか、ひどい脅迫状がきている、とか。

PFAの理事長(chief executive)の方？ゴードン・テイラー氏のインタヴューを見ました。他のスポーツ同様、フットボールも大きな試合には、ジャッジにビデオを参考材料に取り入れることをUEFAは検討すべきだ、と言っていらっしゃる。早くそうしようよ。

こんな風に、試合後、紛糾するの、後味悪いこと、この上ない。今までもビデオ判定が散々検討されてきたのに、なぜまだ、旧態依然とした、人の目頼りなのでしょう。あの古～い体質の代表のようなスポーツ、というか、伝統を守り通している国技、相撲でさえ、微妙な取り組みはビデオに頼っているのに。。。
双方にわだかまりの残らないジャッジをしてもらいたいです。

でも、さすがに一流選手、一流監督は、すてきです。相手を称えて、エールを送っている。（ランパードは、いやいやながら、っぽいけど。。。）
スポーツマンシップが眩しい！！！バラックが眩しい～！
