ワールド・カップ本戦出場を決めました！！！
おめでとう！！！



この試合で踝を怪我したバラックでしたけど、大事なかったようで
もしかすると今晩のフィンランド戦にも
出場可能かもしれないらしい。よかった、よかった。（安堵）


試合後、ヒディンクと挨拶を交わすバラック。映像でもチラっと見ることができました。
ロシア強敵でした。さすが名将ヒディンク率いるチーム。
絶対にプレーオフを制して、本戦出場を決める、と信じています。

Russia coach Guus Hiddink wants his team to be at their best against Azerbaijan despite there being little to play for in tomorrow's final FIFA World Cup™ qualifier in Baku.

The Russians' 1-0 defeat at home to Germany on Saturday ensured Joachim Low's team would be on the plane to South Africa next summer and meant Hiddink's troops would have to settle for second spot in Group 4 and a play-off berth. However, Hiddink does not want his team to end the campaign on a poor note.

"We do not need any more points for qualification but we have to play at our top for the pride of the country," said the Dutchman. "And we will definitely show the best we can in Wednesday's match."

リヴァプール戦では、違いを見せねばならない、と
チェルシー本来の姿勢に戻るよう、力を込めて語るバラック

（なぜ、どこのメディアでも、バラックをGerman,Germanと呼ぶのだろう？そんなに珍しい？ドイツ人。フツーにバラック、と名前で呼んでくれたらいいのに。）

Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack is hoping he can be the catalyst for a win over Liverpool on Sunday.
バラックはリヴァプール戦で、自ら触発剤となって、なにか試合に刺激を与えたい、と語った。

The German has missed Chelsea's last two games with a calf injury, including a surprise 3-1 loss last week to Wigan.
３－１というショッキングな負け方をしたウィガンとの一戦、およびチャンピオンズ・リーグの試合、あわせて2試合を欠場したバラックは、次のように語った。

"We lost one game, our first this season, and it was clear that the time would come when we lost a game," Ballack told the club's official website.
『今シーズン初黒星を喫した。いつかは星を落とす時が来るのは確かだった。』

"It is never a good time to lose a game but we didn't play well, so we have to accept the defeat and it was important we win the next game, not with a great performance but it was important to win.
『試合に負けることは決して良い事ではない。良いプレーが出来ていなかった。だから負けは受け入れなければならない。だから次に勝つ事は重要だ。素晴らしいパフォーマンスを見せる必要はない。大切なのは勝つ事。』

"To play fantastic football is impossible all of the time, but we have started the season well and are still leading the table with Man United, so this is a really big game."

Manager Carlo Ancelotti believes he has resolved the problems that plagued the team against Wigan and APOEL and Ballack was happy to elaborate.

"He said we should go back to playing football and working for each other which worked well in the first games," said Ballack.
