Do you take a shower at night or in the morning?
Why?
I always take a shower at night a few hours before I go to bed.
Because I can release my stress of the day by taking a relaxing bath at night,
which brings peaceful sleep to me.
On the other hand, I have no time to take a shower in the morning.
