リニューアルしたてのピーターセン自動車博物館。外観もカッコ良くなった！

Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles reopened to the public last December after a year and more with $90 million renovation.

外観だけでなくインテリアもため息モノ。

I was deeply impressed by such an art deco style interior as well as exterior.

クラシックなドライブ関連の洋服など・・・おしゃれ！

Old driving clothes and carry-on items.  

このようなルイ・ビトンの古いピクニックセットなどはアンティーク市場でも結構高価で取引されます。

Such old Louis Vuitton picnic trunks are sometimes traded at high prices.

ロールスロイスのカスタムクーペ。

おっ！ホンダのスーパーカブだ。青いと出前っぽいけどこの色だとなんかおしゃれ！

栄光の24時間といえばこの人、スティーブ・マックイーンが所有したジャガー。好きだった緑色に塗られている。

1956 Jaguar XKSS belonged to American film star Steve McQueen, who painted it his favorite shade of green.

こちらもマックイーン。実車サイズ。これで走ってみたいな。でもドアがない。

売店で売っていたAmalgamの１／８スケール　実車からスキャンしたすごい精度！　約120万円也。

Ferrari 250GT by Amalgam, 1:8 scale.... it was created using digital scan data from one of the best and most original existing cars.　availabe at the museum shop, price at $10,225.

まだまだ紹介しきれないすごいクルマの数々でした。帰りに駐車場で老夫婦がコレ乗ってた！チョーカッコいい1954 シボレーコルベット・ノマド

There we saw too many to show you all here.  On the way back from the museum we saw an old guy driving super cool 1954 Corbette Nomad at the parking lot.

古いクルマはいいな・・・

Old cars are all-time best ! I fully enjoyed.
