で、ボルドー大会はどうなったのかと言うと・・・2023年に移動したようです。

La RoboCup reprogrammée en 2023 à Bordeaux.

L’Université de Bordeaux, au nom du comité local d’organisation, et la RoboCup Fédération ont pris la décision de reprogrammer la RoboCup en 2023 à Bordeaux. Le rassemblement de 3 500 compétiteurs internationaux et de 40 000 visiteurs attendus étant impossible face à la crise sanitaire internationale que nous traversons.

La RoboCup Fédération annonce par ailleurs qu’une édition 2021 sera organisée dans un format 100% digital pour les compétiteurs. Cela, permettant à la communauté internationale des RoboCuppers de rester active. En France, ces deux dernières années, la dynamique nationale a donné naissance à près de 500 équipes juniors et une dizaine d’équipes majors qui sont d'ores et déjà venus enrichir la communauté robotique.

The University of Bordeaux, on behalf of the local organizing committee, and the RoboCup Federation have taken the decision to reprogram the RoboCup in 2023 in Bordeaux. The gathering of 3,500 international competitors and 40,000 expected visitors was impossible considering the international health crisis we are going through.

The RoboCup Federation also announces that a 2021 edition will be organized in a 100% digital format for the competitors. This will allow the international community of RoboCuppers to remain active. Since 2019 in France, 500 junior teams and a dozen major teams have already come to enrich the robotics community.

・ボルドー大会は2023年に実施することにしました。
・2021年はバーチャルでの競技会を実施します。

ということのようです。

 

 

このまま行くと・・・

2020年中止　2021年バーチャル競技のみ　2022年タイ　2023年ボルドー

ということになりますが・・・タイのバンコクはもともとレベル１（だったかレベル２だったか）で日本から参加しない（させない）かもしれません・・・そうすると、３年間も世界大会に行けない可哀そうな世代になるのでしょうか・・・
