Talk to your parents to convince them to let you study abroad.

See, I'm sure overseas study is really beneficial.
Study abroad experience will allow me to have an advantage
when I try to get a job or self-start a business in the future.
And it will broaden my cultural horizons by seeing the world from different perspectives
and I can grow as a person by cultivating communication skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility and so on.
What do you think about that?

In Japan most students are very quiet and do not ask any questions.
Suppose you are studying in the United States and your friend asks you
why you never participate in class.
What would you say to the friend?

In Japan, most students are passive receivers in class.
I still don't get used to the atmosphere here and I was just listening to
what my American classmates say to open a conversation.
Anyway, thank you for caring and I'll try to participate in class next time.
