Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes
Plunk　：１．５ ＋０．５＝２ minutes


I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and three hundred and thirty-seven days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just
one time to 26 times yesterday, and kept at least 10-
time push-ups for the seventy-sixth straight day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this morning.
Since the temperature was 16.4 degrees when I left my
home, it was not a cold rain, if anything, I felt that
it was a little warm rain while I was riding my bike
on my way to the workplace.
Weather ladies say that it will continue to rain all
day today, I'm afraid.
Anyway, I really know well that I cannot fight the weather.
