『東京の５桜名勝地と隅田川クルージング・寿司食べ放題』

３月３０日、誘われてバスツアーに参加した。

自宅近くの新都心から朝7時半出発。高速道路も他の道も渋滞に巻き込まれることなく走りました。

映画『ふうてんのトラさん』で有名な葛飾柴又が最初の到着地。

　　　　　

帝釈天までの参道にはお土産屋さんが両側に並んでいた。呼び込みの上手な店の前には人だかりが出来るが、何となく活気のない店には入りにくい。お土産に名物の草だんご、ピーナッツ板飴、シジミ、昆布、鰹節などの佃煮、そして厄除けの身替わり地蔵のストラップを買った。

 　　　　　

 

次に向かったのは、墨田公園。バスを降りてすぐ近くの路地向こうに　スカイツリー　が・・・。

いきなりのスカイツリーの出現にびっくりでした。午前中、雨は降らないけど、天気予報に反してちょっと肌寒い。薄曇りの空に早咲きの桜とスカイツリーが見えました。隅田川を渡る風が冷たく感じましたが、来週あたりは満開の桜のもとでこのタワーを見られるはず。ちょっと早めで残念でした。

　　　　　　　　　

墨田公園からバスは浅草に向かい、日の出桟橋に向けて約１時間の隅田川下りのクルージングです。

　　　　　　

そろそろお昼近く、バスは築地場外を走りました。大勢の人が立ったまま昼食をしているのが見えました。そろそろ今日のメインの寿司ランチ食べ放題。両国近くの『日本海』と言うお鮨屋さんを借り切っての40分イベントです。大柄な若いパパさんは5回ほどお代りをしているのを見ましたがその後は数えられませんでした。私たちグループの最高は3回。美味しいお寿司で私も満足。

　　　　　　

 

 

次にバスは新宿御苑に向かい、早咲きの桜の鑑賞です。カンザクラ、ヒガンザクラ、カワヅサクラなどが咲いていました。

 桜をバックに写真を写しましたが、桜色って幸せを感じる色だとつくづく思います。今年もやっと桜の咲く季節を迎えました。

 

　　　　　　　　

　　　

その後、バスは靖国神社へ、その後、千鳥が淵の辺りの緑道を散策。

千鳥が淵の桜はほとんどがソメイヨシノでまだ蕾でしたが、明日の31日には開花宣言が聞かれる・・・と思いました。

この日、午後から陽射しも出て暖かくなって来て、春はそこまでやって来ているのを感じました。

行き、帰りともバスは渋滞に巻き込まれず全てのコースを順調に走り、予定より早く到着しましたので、仲間とファミレスに入りお茶をして・・・いつまでも尽きない話に花が咲きました。

 

 

今日、ブログを書いている間、気象庁よりで東京の開花宣言が発表されました。靖国神社の蕾のいくつかが開花したと・・・。

昨日の靖国神社で見た午後３時半頃の桜の標準木です。

浅い春

今年は春の到来が遅い。

お彼岸の中日、お墓参りが済んだ後、お天気が良かったのでハハ様を連れて大宮の花の丘公園へ行った。

お弁当を購入して、公園の梅の木の下にシートを広げた。

蕾をたくさん付けている白い梅は満開になったらきれいだろう。

桜の花はまだ硬い蕾。

管理事務所で車いすを借りて公園の隅々まで見て歩きました。

ハハ様の通っているデイケア施設でもこの公園に来るそうですが、入り口近くでお花見をするだけとのことです。そりゃ～～ハハ様のような老人一人一人を連れて公園を見て歩くのは大変ですものね。

万作の黄色が青い空に映えてとてもきれいでした。

お花見を終えた3時過ぎ、いつもの清河寺♨に行き、ゆっくりして家に帰りました。

 

 

 

 

抑肝散

処方された抑肝散を服用して約1週間が経つ。

医者はその結果を知らせに来て下さいと言っていた。

 

効果？　そう言えば飲んでから余りからんで来ない。

これは本当に助かるけど、余りに静かにしていると何だか、それも心配になってくる。

ディがない日は、活動しないでほとんど寝ている。

こういうことって余りなかったけどこれもその副作用かしら？

もう少し様子を見て医者に報告に行こうと思う。

 

 

夢？ 幻覚？

 

 

ハハ様の精神状態が不安定だ。ご機嫌だったり、不機嫌だったり、その日に又、時間によっても違う。時に私に暴言を吐いたり暴力もふるうことがある。

先日のあずみ苑のショートステイも、不機嫌な状態でスタートしたのでとても気がかりだった。

３日の土曜日から始まるショートは急遽、迎えが１０時と言われ、私は気にしつつオットに任せてサークルに出た。

サークル活動も終わり、駅で電話するとすんなりとショートに行ったと言う。

何故？　私が海外に行っている間もオットは難なくショートから帰るハハ様を迎え、その後の３回のデイも無事に済ませたと言っていた。

何故！！　私の時はゴネるんだぁ～～？？

今回、ショートから帰った時も何故だかとても機嫌が良くなって帰ってきたから不思議だった。

送ってきた責任者の〇〇さんに、ショートの様子を手短に聞き、お礼を言って帰ってもらった。

家を４日ほど空けていたハハさまは帰るなり、ショートでの話を興奮気味に話していた。

私　『おばあちゃん、いつもゴネるのに何故、お父さんだとスムーズに出かけるの？』　と、私もご機嫌なハハ様の様子についでに聞いてみた。

ハハ様　『だって、お父さんは何も判らないじゃないの・・・。でもね、あの人、マメだよねぇ。よく動いてくれるから言ってはダメだよ。』

私　『・・・・・・・？？？？』　オットは何も判らないしそう言う人を相手しても仕方ないからとハハ様なりの説明をしている。何だか全て承知しているような気がして私は苦笑いをした。

ハハ様のご機嫌は夜遅くまで続いた。私はちょっとこれも心配なのだ。

いつものパターンだと、ご機嫌→興奮→疲労　その次は・・・ふさぐか切れる・・・・。

ハハ様のおしゃべりは続く、

ショートでの、寝ている部屋の出来事を２つ言ったのが気がかりだった。

一つは、小さな子供が病気で寝ていて、親らしい人が絶えず部屋を出入りしていて、子供を心配していた。翌朝はその子の姿がなかったから、朝方に亡くなったらしいと。

もう一つは、話す前に前置きがあって、ほかの人に言ったらダメとのこと。

夜、遅くに２０歳くらいの女の子が隣のカーテン越しのベッドで寝ていて、誰か男の人に乱暴され泣いていたと。可哀そうに、あの娘（こ）は嫁入り前だろうにずっと泣いていたよと夢中で話すハハ様。

私、　　　『が～～～～ん！！』

ハハ様　『他の人に話すと今度、あんたが危ないから絶対に言ってはダメだよ。私、もうあんな気味悪い所には行かれないからね。』　『私たちが言わなくたって、悪いことは誰かの口から必ずばれるし、あんた絶対に言ちゃぁダメだよ。』

真剣にこのような気持ちの悪いことを話すハハ様に、これは現実のことでないことを知った。それにしても言い方は認知症を患っている老人の話し方とは思えないし、何も知らない人は本気にするかも知れない。

その晩、遅くニィニィが食事をとるために家に寄った。

私とニィニィ話しているのを聞きつけてハハさまが部屋から出て来た。

そして、二人にいつものように突っかかる。訳の分からない言い方をしてからんでくる。

ニィニィは仕事でもいろいろな人と接触があるらしく、ハハ様のようにボケ老人も相手することもあるらしい。上手にかわして話をはぐらかしハハ様は自分の部屋に戻った。

こんな場合、私とハハ様だけだといつもとんでもない方向に向いてしまう。ニィニィもずいぶんと成長したものだと私も頼もしく思えた。

息子が帰り、ハハ様の部屋の様子を伺うと、布団の上に座ったままボーッと魂の抜けたような様子をしている。言葉をかけると、『私、もう死にたい。医者で薬をもらってきて。』と言う。後は泣きだし、私もどうしたらよいか分からなくなる。

翌日は、何事もなかったようにケロりとした様子で部屋から出て来た。一体、昨日の騒ぎは何だったのだろう？

 

ケアマから、訪問の電話があったので、この件を伝えた。そしてホームドクターの井〇先生に相談することになった。

ハハ様の、状態は作話と言って認知症特有の症状の一つであり、夢やドラマで見たことが現実となり、まるで本当にあったことのように本人は感じることだと言う。人によっては幻覚も見る人もいるとか。漢方薬、ツムラの　抑肝散　が処方された。ハハ様のように虚弱な体質の患者に処方され神経を落ち着かせる効果があるらしい。

効果がなかった場合は神経内科のような病院を紹介するとドクターは言った。

 

 

友達への手紙

今朝、メダカの水槽に氷が薄くはっていました。寒かったですが陽射しに春の訪れを確信しますネ。

 

さて、例の東京で会う件ですが母のショートを調整して14日は何とか空けましたので宜しくネ。

 

昨日は、午前中に三か月に一度の健康診断に連れて行きました。薬は毎月私だけで取りに行ってます。午後は、ケアマネージャーが月一で訪問してくれていろいろとアドバイスを受けます。

そんなわけで昨日は3度の食事の世話と医者通い、ケアマとの面談などと丸一日が母の用事で終わりました。

 

 

この所、母の精神状態がとても不安定だったもので医者に相談して漢方薬の安定剤を処方してもらいました。

今日はおひさまと言う近くのデイに行っていますので私はほっとするひとときを味わっています。

けれど、おひさまも採算が合わないらしく3月いっぱいで閉鎖されます。週に２回行っているもので代わりの所を見つけなければならないかもしれません。あずみ苑のデイは週一ですからここを増やしたいのですが、何しろ母は遠い所へ行くのを嫌がります。

 

新しい所を契約するのにも、見学したり通所契約を結んだりと取り決めがありますから忙しい家族にとっては煩わしいことです。

 

いざ、ショートやデイに行くようになっても送り迎えの仕事もあるのでこれも負担です。

 

老人がいる家族はある意味で小さな子供を抱えている以上に負担が大きいかもしれません。それに老人には子供のように夢はないものね。

 

最近では私たち、団塊の世代が高齢者になる頃に備えて一人暮らしの高齢者が安心して住めるようにいろいろなサービス付きの新しい住宅を作っているそうですね。これを“さつき住宅”と言うらしいです。　サービス付き高齢者住宅の略だそうです。

 

何しろ私たちは自分の子供だけに老後の世話を任せるわけにはいかないのですからねぇ。私たちの老後は今よりずっと子供の負担も大きく大変だと思います。サ付き住宅もたくさん増やして大量老人が出る将来に備えてもらいたいものです。

 

あなたがいつも言うように母の介護を長女である私だけがやらなければならないのも不合理だなと思うことがありますょ。でも、親の世話をするのも生れた時の宿命で特権かも知れませんが。

 

あなたにいろいろなことを聞いてもらったのですが、あなたがいつも憤慨して私が可哀そうと言っていますが、少しでも分かってくれる人もいると内心、とても心強く思います。　

 

今まで私は何をしても余り暖かな応援をされていませんでした。文句を言われたり攻撃されたりでしたが、彼らは口だけで何もしてくれないのが現実です。周囲に私との生活の愚痴や文句を言い続けた母も今では認知症だし、私だけの介護に頼らざるを得ない現実は彼女にとっては私以上に辛いはずです。

 

誰も高齢な母をいたわってくれたり見舞ったりしてくれないのですから。私は母のことを内心、自業自得だと思うのはやはり冷たいかも知れません。だからあなたに『優しいから・・・』なんて言われると困ってしまいます。

 

今日は長いメールを書いてしまいました。ごめんなさい。

 

１４日は羽を伸ばして大いに楽しみます。

The last expliosions made teh lobby collapse on to the firemen.

When the firefighters arrived,They found people on the floor burning, some dead,some alive.
Exremely thick windows throughout the lobby were shattered by powerful blastwavesEven the walls had crackes and had parts blown off.
Firefighters said it looked as if a bomb went off on every side of the lobby.
And 4 witnesses reperted explosions in the basement levels,BEFORE the first plane hit. 2 of the reports came from office worker Evalle Sweezer and William Rodoriguez.

WTC 1 and 2 were hermetically sealed, no fire would be able to travel down throught 80 floors, set people in the lobby on fire, and still have the explosive force to blow off walls and shatter windows. Not to mention that the explosion that cracked the walls and windows occured minutes after the plane hit the building. Many people were near the impact zone near the elevators and still survived the explosion yet 80 floors down people were killed int the middle of the lobby.

When the time came to demolish the towers, it seems they tried to cause a silent initial buckling of the floors. Which is why molten iron from the thermite is seen pouring out SECONDS before demolition. It could have served as pre-weakening of the core columns if nothing else.

 And more proof that they set off bombs in the lower floors as people made it down to the lobby. This man is bleeding from the explosion and reports that the explosion made "everything fall in" . Meaning the supporting floors of parts in the basement.

The core columns were the strongest and most soulid parts in the buildings, everything was bolted and connected to the core columns. If you ever wntted to bring the WTC down, severing the core columns piece by piece would do the job. The antenna of the north tower dropped several feet before the upper section started moving, This proves that the core c olumns were severred or molten first,this disproves the officeal theory of "weakend floor trusses" caused by the "intense" heat.

To rig the buildings with the required explosives they had to make sure as few peoples as possible would notice them moving in the explosive contaners.

So they created unprecedented power-outs throghout the WTC towers aswell as unpreceedented evacuations to minimize the amount of suspicious office workers.
They also made sure bomb sniffing dogs wre not present the 3 weeks before 9/11.
The power-outs disavled the security cameras and gave them full acces to the buildings.And the evacuations made sure noone would see them attaching the nano thermite contaings (an example) to or near the core columns.And according to former CIA asset susan lindauer the rigging was only done during the night.

These nano thermite containers were obviously very advanced and sealed in a way to not easily trigger from outside pressure. By marking thise containers with numbers, the operatives would know exactly on which floor to place them.
