THIS WORLD IS BITTER AND HATEFUL
It is meaningless for you to live.
If you kill yourself, it brings many troubles to others. Therfore, you don’t do so.
Your pleasures have decreased.
You have retired, but it is happy that you can make your livelihood by your savings.
You think that “you should attain Buddhahood during life, that is, die by voluntarily starving”.
You eat only water and salt, as a result, your body become withered and diying.
Yur life is fundamentally halfway.
As it is not eternal, therefore when it ends, you think it is halfway.
This fact is bitter, but you accept it.
You have nothing to eat deliciously.
When you eat whatever you like, you only feel that you experience the same thing as you did before.
You want to live decently and in a diciplined way about your spiritual life.
This world is bitter and hateful.
You are delightful only when you live in vacant phantasies.
You hope that your situation is calm and unchanged, but problems appear uncontrollably.
You have to solve them.
You life is, as Shogun Ieyasu said, in such a way as “you go forward on the long road painfully carrying heavy burdens on your shoulders.”
