INTERVIEW(21)

Some people prefer to study at home, while others prefer to study in a library.
Which do you prefer?
State your opinion including reasons and details.

I prefer to study in a library for two reasons.
Firstly, I can concentrate on my tasks in a library because I have no choice but to study there.
If I study at home, I'm likely to procrastinate on my tasks due to many distractions
such as comic books, interesting TV programs and phone calls from my friends.
If I study in a library, I can avoid such distractions.
Secondly, a good library offers you all of the resources you want including reference books,
newspapers and journal articles.
If you have difficulty finding the right books you need,
you can ask for help from librarians free of charge.

You have just really enjoyed yourself at a dinner party.
What do you say to the host who invited you when you leave the party?

Hi, thank you very much for inviting me to such a wonderful party.
I really had a great time talking with my old friends.
But I'm afraid it's about time that I must get going.
I'd really like to invite you to our party next time.
