まず、「腱炎(Tendinitis：テンディニティス)」と「腱症(Tendinosis：テンディノーシス)」の違いで引っ掛かる(笑)。
Tendinosis, sometimes called chronic tendinitis, chronic tendinopathy, or chronic tendon injury, is damage to a tendon at a cellular level.
つまり、「腱症(Tendinosis：テンディノーシス)」は慢性腱障害という意味でいいのでしょうか。
Tendinitis (also tendonitis), meaning inflammation of a tendon, is a type of tendinopathy often confused with the more common tendinosis, which has similar symptoms but requires different treatment.
「腱炎(Tendinitis：テンディニティス)」は炎症があるという、そのままの意味。
「上腕二頭筋の溝の圧痛は、もっとも孤立してみられる上腕二頭筋長頭腱炎の患者の理学検査で発見される所見である」

だから、学生さんには、結節間溝の圧痛を触れるために、大結節と小結節を触知できるように毎時間言っているが、聞く耳を持っていないヒトもいる。この論文では、ヤーガソンテスト、スピードテスト、ニアーテスト、ホーキンステストと標準的だが、Anterior slide testは見慣れない。非常に標準的でよくまとまっている。
