私自身過去を振り返ると

たくさんお客様や友人知人の損失を防止してきました。

資産がある人は

優秀な人が多いですが

優秀って事は

例えば医者だとか大学教授

なんて人たちは

学ぶ事が多すぎて

世間の事情に疎くなります。

結果

邪悪な者たちのカモになる

そんな可能性が高くなるのです。

ただ邪悪な者と言っても

まぁ私は邪悪って言っていますが

そんな事も良くあります

ですから

全てが終わった後であれば

私は例え大損をした

と思っても

それはあえて口にはしません

だから思う訳です

この中にも

合法的な邪悪な人間はたくさんいる

って事です。

まぁその意味では

不動産屋にはもっと悪い人間がうじゃうじゃいますからね

私が声高に言うのも何ですが

だかかこそ断言できます

信頼できる不動産屋

一人位はいた方が良いですよ。

ただ滅多にいませんからね

頑張って探すしかありません。
