大差で小池さんに敗れましたね。
当然その結果を受けての会見がありましたが
今まで見たことが無い位に憔悴してるように思いました。
ただ負けた位ではあそこまで落ち込みませんよね
どうしてでしょうね？
まぁ多分本人は勝つと思い込んでたんでしょうね。
演説の時にはたくさんの聴衆がいたようですから
手応えを感じてたんだと思います。
それが開票速報が始まると同時に
小池さんの当選確実が打たれましたからね
ショックが大きかったんだと思います
若い頃からグラビアアイドルだのクラリオンガールでその美貌を持てはやされ
それからニュースキャスターを務めましたから
多分挫折をあまり味わって来なかったんでしょうね。
だから今回
想像する自分と都民の評価のギャップ
これを知って
かなりショックだったのかも知れません
まぁしかし強い女性ですからね
また次の衆議院選挙で復活する気がしますが・・・
蓮舫さんはあまり挫折を知らないから
こんな事になった訳ですが
私のような挫折だらけの人生を歩むと
そもそも自分が期待した事は裏切られる
これが前提で人生が出来上がります。
若い頃はそれが分からず
買い付け証明を取っては舞い上がり前祝い
そしてコケてはまたお酒
この繰り返しだったように思います
そうやってさすがに学習して
今がある訳です。
もう私はだいぶ前から
契約は最後まで期待しない
こんな生き方を貫いています。
マイナス思考とも言えますが
これが私の場合は精神の安定につながり
なんとかここまで無難に経営してきた
そんな風に思っています。
自分がその域に達すると
まあ覚悟の無い同業者の皆さん
見苦しいですね
契約予定の雲行きが怪しくなると
動揺して
訳の分からない事で怒鳴り始める
たくさんいましたね。
“お前のせいで物件を止めたのにどうしてくれるんだ”
大体そんなたぐいの話です。
そんな時に私はいつも返します
こちらは良い条件のお客様がいれば
そっちを優先してください
って言ったはずですよね。
と
まぁほかに客なんかいないから
契約に過大に期待を寄せて動揺するので
威勢の良い言葉で怒鳴り散らかしますが
内面は契約がコケる恐怖が支配してる
この世界にはくさんいる人種です。
私自身はこの手のタイプは苦手ですから
怒鳴り始めた段階で
”もう契約は止めましょう”
決まり文句です。
いずれにしても長く不動産の仕事をするのであれば
過剰に契約に期待して
精神的におかしくならないように
これをしっかり意識するべきでしょうね。
契約がコケそうになると
半狂乱になって怒鳴り散らかす
なんて人たち
たくさん見てきましたが
長くこの世界に残る事はありません。
蓮舫さんも
この敗北で
一皮むけると良いですね。
若いですから
もう少し活躍してほしいです。

She was a gravure idol and Clarion Girl since a young age,
and was praised for her beauty,
and then she worked as a news anchor,
so I guess she didn't experience many setbacks.
So this time,
she may have been quite shocked to find out the gap between how she imagines herself and how the people of Tokyo view her.
But she is a strong woman,
so I have a feeling she will make a comeback in the next House of Representatives election... Renho doesn't know much about failure, which is why this happened.
If you live a life full of failures like me,
your expectations will be betrayed in the first place.
This is the premise of my life.
When I was younger, I didn't understand this,
and I would get excited when I got a purchase certificate, celebrate in advance, then fall down and drink again.
I think I repeated this cycle over and over.
But I learned my lesson and am where I am now.
I have been living this way for quite some time now, not expecting a contract to be finalized. You could call it negative thinking,
but in my case,
this has led to mental stability,
and I think it has helped me manage my business safely up to this point.

many of them get upset and start yelling for no apparent reason.
"You make damage to me because you promise to make contract
what are you going to do about it?"
That's the kind of thing they say.
At times like that,
I always reply,
"If there's a customer with better conditions, please prioritize that customer, I said right?"
Well, there aren't any other customers, so they get upset because they have high expectations for the deal,
so they yell things in a powerful way
,but inside they're dominated by the fear of the deal falling through.
there are a lot of people in this world who have high expectations for the deal,
so I'm not good with this kind of person,
so when they start yelling, I say,
"Let's stop the deal."
It is my common word
In any case,
if you're going to work in real estate for a long time,
you should be aware of this so that you don't get too excited about the deal and go crazy.
I've seen a lot of people who go half-crazed and yell when the deal is about to fall through,
but they don't stay in this world for long.
I hope Renho can grow a little from this defeat.
She's young, so I hope she can do more.
