知り合いがガンになって長期に入院したために
仕事が出来ずにお金に困った
なんて話をしていました。
どうしてそうなったか？
って言うと有給が残っていなかったからです。
何で有給が残って無かったかって言うと
本人曰く
会社がうるさく有給を消化するように言う物だから
取りたくも無いのに取った
んだそうです。
多分今そんな話は多いんでしょうね
私たちが若い頃は
有給は万一の時の備え
そんな感じでしたが
いつの間にか有給は労働者の健康を守るため
そんな目的に変わりましたからね。
であれば
万一の時には国が責任を取って収入を保証してもらいたいですよね。
それと最近思うのは働き方改革ですね。
残業も制限されるために
運送業やなんかには大きな支障が出てる訳ですが
これも過酷な労働環境の改善
これが謳い文句ですが
どうも政治家や官僚の時代錯誤
そんな気がしますね。
ブラック企業って言葉が一人歩きして
放って置くと民間は労働者を奴隷扱いする
そんな潜在意識があるのかも知れません
ただ
無理やりお上から押し付けるのは
どうも違う
私は実際に会社を経営していつもそう思います。
労働環境の改善は
強制して行っても
その効果は限定的です。
それよりも需給に任せて
自然に改善する
これが正道だと思います。
実際に今は
別に国に押し付けられなくても
労働環境は自然に改善しています。
どうしてかと言うと
労働環境を改善しないと
人の採用はできませんし
今いる社員も流出します。
だから
休みを増やしたり給料を上げたり
なんて事は自然に起こるのです。
それと官僚の皆さんが理解してないのは
民間の労働者は誰でも休みが欲しい
そう思い込んでる事です。
労働者は多様で
実際には休みは要らないから
とにかく稼ぎたい
そんな人はたくさんいます。
私自身大学を出てからの人生設計は
とにかく体力のある若い時期にガンガン稼いで
中高年になったらゆとりのある生活
これを基本にしてたのです。
実際に自分自身は
一番少ない時には
年間でたった6日しか休みませんでした。
おかげで２７歳で新築一戸建てを手に入れる事ができたのです。
ところが今の時代は
そんな生き方は許されません
・・・
この位にしましょうねこの話は
私は経営者ですから誤解されそうな気がします。
労働者を軽視してる
と
ただ今のこの規制だらけの日本
時々思いますよね
社会主義より酷いのでは？
って
いつの間にか市場原理って言葉も使えなくなりました。
まぁしかし時代ですからね
受け入れるしかありませんが
しかし
私たち国民は少し覚悟した方が良いかも知れませんね
社会主義的な政策に走るのであれば
歴史が示してますよね
衰退
これが定めです。
もう日本の衰退は始まってますが
さらに加速する気がしますね。
結果どうなりますかね？
労働者の権利を守る
って建前でどんどん規制を強めた結果
多分のそのツケは国民全体で払う事になりますよね。
経済が衰退すれば
まず年金制度が破綻しますからね。
もうすでにそれを見越して７０歳定年
なんて方向に進むようです。
つまり
若い頃からゆとりのある労働環境を与える代わりに
定年もありませんよ
死ぬまで働きましょう
って結果が待ってるように思うのです。
まぁしかしそれが悪い事か？
って言うと分かりませんね。
日本人は人間関係の新規開拓が下手ですからね
定年後は友人も無く
スーパーで奥さんの後ろからカートを押して歩くのが唯一の仕事
なんて人もいますからね
それよりは仕事をする方が
自尊心を保てるかも知れません
いずれにしても
甘やかされて育った人間には
厳しい将来が待ってますよ
って話です。
A friend of mine was hospitalized for a long time with cancer,
and he couldn't work, so he was in financial trouble.
Why did that happen?
Because he had no paid leave left.
He said that the company was nagging him to use up his paid leave,
so he took it even though he didn't want to.
I guess there are a lot of stories like that now.
When we were young, paid leave was just for emergencies,
But now purpose of paid leave changed to protecting the health of workers.
If that's the case,
I want the government to take responsibility and guarantee income in the event of an emergency.
Also, something I've been thinking about lately is work style reform.
Overtime is also limited,
which is causing major problems for the transportation industry and the like,
and this is also the slogan for improving harsh working conditions,
but it seems like an anachronism on the part of politicians and bureaucrats.
They look like they obsessed the term "black company"
and if left unchecked,
the private sector will treat workers like slaves.
However, I think it's wrong to force it on people from the government.
I always think that way, as I actually run a company.
Even they try to improve the working environment by force
the effect will be limited.
I think it's better to let supply and demand improve it naturally. I
n fact, the working environment is improving naturally now without the government forcing it on us.
The reason is that if we don't improve the working environment,
we won't be able to hire people, and current employees will leave.
So things like increasing holidays and raising wages happen naturally.
Also, what the bureaucrats don't understand is that they believe that all private sector workers want holidays.
Workers are diverse,
and there are many people who don't actually need holidays,
so they just want to earn money.
My own life plan after graduating from university was to earn as much money as I could while I was young and had the energy,
and then live a comfortable life when I was middle-aged or older.
In fact, at my lowest point, I only took 6 days off a year.
Thanks to that, I was able to buy a new house at the age of 27.
However, in this day and age, that kind of lifestyle is not acceptable.
Lets stop to go deep in this topic
I am afraid that this story might be misunderstood because I am a manager.
What I want say is t
I sometimes feel Japan is worse than socialism.
Well, it's the times, so we have no choice but to accept it.
However, we, the people, should be prepared for a little.
History has shown that if we run into socialist policies, decline is our destiny.
Japan's decline has already begun,
but I feel like it will accelerate even more.
As a result of tightening regulations under the pretense of protecting workers' rights,
the entire nation will probably have to pay the price. If the economy declines,
the pension system will collapse first.
It seems that they are already moving in the direction of a retirement age of 70 in anticipation of this.
In other words, in exchange for giving people a relaxed working environment from a young age,
we will work until we die.
But is that really a bad thing?
I don't know. Japanese people are bad at building new relationships, after all.
There are people who have no friends after retirement and their only job is pushing a cart behind their wife at the supermarket.
Maybe working is a better way to maintain self-esteem.
Either way,
