今頃やってきた過去最悪のコロナ禍

夏に風邪をひく人はバカ

今はもうその言葉は死語になりましたね。

ただ私が若い頃は夏に風邪を引くと

大体周りからその言葉を浴びせられました。

今それを言ってしまえば

私も含めて当社の社員はバカだらけ

って事になります。

今社内では風邪が猛威を振るっています。

感染率は？

ほぼ100％です。

皆さん病院に行く訳ですが

コロナだのインフルエンザだの

って話になりますが

それに該当しないと

医者は

ただの風邪です

って診断だそうです。

ただの風邪？

この話を聞くと昭和天皇を思い出しますね。

昭和天皇は植物学者でもありましたが

雑草って言葉を発すると

不機嫌そうにこう言い放ったそうです。

“雑草と言う植物名は無い”

と

多分昭和天皇が医者だったら

こう言ったんでしょうね。

“ただの風邪と言うウイルス名は無い”

と

まぁしかしだからと言って

一々町医者ですべてのウイルスを検査する訳にも行きませんから

これからも

ただの風邪です

って言葉を使い続ける事になるんだと思いますが・・・

しかし面白いことに

たとえ風邪の原因が新型コロナだと分かっても

実際には治療法は無いんですよね。

ですから検査自体にもどれだけの意味があるのか？

私はいまいち良く分かりません。

今回は社員だけでなく

社員の家族もコロナにかかりまくってますが

ある社員の奥さんの話は酷いですよ。

発熱があって病院に行ったら

４時間も待たされたそうです

そのせいで具合はどんどん悪くなりましたが

コロナと言う診断が下っても

何もやる事はないので家に帰されたそうです。

何のための検査だろう？

って思いますよね。

でその方

夜中にあまりにも苦しい物ですから

救急車を呼んだそうです

そしてやってきた救急車

コロナと聞くなり

病院に搬送しても何もできませんから

このまま自宅でお休みください

だそうです。

まぁどうしようもありませんが

医療はこの程度だって

頭に入れた方が良いですね。

人によっては検査に行かない方が治る

多分そうだと思います。

そんな話はともかく

昔は夏に風邪を引く人は少なかったのに

今はどうして猛暑の中ウイルスが暴れまくるんでしょうか？

コロナも初期の頃は

専門家の皆さんの中には

暑くなれば感染は自然に収まる

そんな話をする人はたくさんいましたよね。

ところが実際にはコロナは暑さには関係なく感染が広まった訳ですが

昔は夏風邪は少なかったのに

今は季節に関係なく

と言うより真夏になると感染者が多くなりますよね。

どうしてそうなったんでしょうか？

まぁ私が考えるのはエアコンですね。

最近は冷房の快適さに人間は慣れてしまいましたから

夏になれば逆に部屋に籠るのです。

私が子供の頃は

扇風機もありませんでしたから

夜でも家は開けっ放しで寝てましたから

ウイルスが人から人へ感染するのは至難の業だったんです。

だからバカと言わるくらいに夏に風邪を引く人は少なかったんだと思います。

いずれにしても

このコロナ

まだあなどれませんね。

大した事は無い

なんて人も多いですが

人によっては

死を覚悟した

って言いますからね。

感染を防ぐ方法もほとんど無く

治療法も無い？

どうすれば良いでしょうね。

まぁ残念ながら

救急車を呼んでも病院に連れていってもらえない訳ですから

諦めるしか無いんでしょうね。

ただ治療法はありませんが

私の周りで感染した人たちを見ると

やはり言われてるように基礎疾患と症状の重さ

関係がありそうですね。

当社でも

私を含めて人生で入院経験が無い人が数人いますが

その人間で

今回のコロナ危機をなんとか乗り越えています。

People who catch colds in the summer are moron.

The phrase has become obsolete now.

However, when I was young, if I caught a cold in the summer,

those around me would usually say that.

If I were to say that now,

it would mean that all of our employees, including me, are stupid.

Colds are raging in our company right now.

The infection rate?

It's almost 100%.

Everyone goes to the hospital,

and they diagnosed coronavirus and influenza,

but if it doesn't fit that description,

the doctor will say

It's just a cold.

Just a cold?

This story reminds me of Emperor Showa.

Emperor Showa was also a botanist,

When he hear the word weed 

he used to say in a bad mood.

"There is no plant called weed"

If Emperor Showa had been a doctor, 

he would probably have said this.

"There is no virus called just cold"

But even so,

 we can't have a local doctor test for every virus,

 so I think we'll continue to use the phrase "it's just a cold"...

But interestingly,

even if we know that the cause of a cold is the new coronavirus, 

there is no actual treatment.

So how much meaning does the test itself have?

I'm not really sure.

This time, not only employees but also their families are getting infected with the coronavirus, and the story of one employee's wife is terrible.

She had a fever and went to the hospital, 

but she was made to wait for four hours.

Because of that, she got worse and worse, 

but even after she was diagnosed with coronavirus, 

there was nothing they could do, so she was sent home.

What's the point of the test?

I wonder.

The person was in so hard to breath in the middle of the night

And she ambulance, 

and when the ambulance arrived, 

they told her that they couldn't do anything even if they took her to the hospital, 

so said just stay home and rest.

Well, there's nothing we can do,

 but it's better to keep in mind that this is the extent of medical care.

I think some people will ironically get better if they don't go for a test.

Anyway, in the past, few people caught colds in the summer, 

so why is the virus raging in the scorching heat now?

In the early days of the coronavirus, 

many experts said that the infection would naturally subside when it got hot.

However, in reality, the coronavirus spread regardless of the heat, 

and while there used to be few summer colds, 

now there are more infections regardless of the season, 

or rather, in the middle of summer.

Why did this happen?

Well, I think it's air conditioners.

Humans have gotten used to the comfort of air conditioning these days,

so in the summer, people stay indoors instead.

When I was a child,

 we didn't even have electric fans, 

so we slept with the house open even at night, 

so it was extremely difficult for the virus to spread from person to person.

That's why I think so few people caught colds in the summer, to the point that it was considered stupid.

In any case, this coronavirus

still can't be underestimated. 

Many people say it's no big deal, 

but some say they're prepared to die. 

There are almost no ways to prevent infection and no treatment? 

What should we do? 

Unfortunately, even if we call an ambulance,

they won't take us to the hospital, 

so we have no choice but to give up. 

There is no treatment, but when I look at the people around me who have been infected,

it seems that there is a relationship between underlying conditions and the severity of the symptoms, as they say. 

There are several people in our company, including myself, who have never been hospitalized in our lives, 

and we are somehow getting through this coronavirus crisis.

裁判官は自分自身の中に存在する

最近NHKで法医学のドキュメンタリー番組が放送されてましたので見ましたが

まぁ驚きましたね。

テレビドラマでもたくさん出て来る法医学

当の先生方の話によると

明らかに外傷があるような場合を除いて

実際には解剖して調べても死亡原因なんてほとんど分からないし

死亡推定時刻もあてにならない

んだそうです。

まぁしかしだからと言って法医学が不要

って事にはなりません。

不確かであっても法医学の名前が示す通り

裁判では必要ですからね

ただ

インタビューを受けた法医学の先生が言ってた言葉

これは衝撃的でしたね。

法廷は建前は正義ですが

実際には検察も弁護人も考えてる事は裁判に勝つ事だけ

だそうです。

ですから

不確かな解剖結果も

お互いに都合の良いように解釈して

裁判に勝とうとするんだそうです。

まぁしかしこれも仕方が無い事でしょうね

お互いに自分の主張が通るように裁判をする訳で

これが実際に正しいのかどうかなんて関係ない

って事でしょう。

ですから

冤罪もたくさんあるし

重犯罪の見逃しも同じように多発する

これが裁判の実態だって事です。

この話

私たち一般国民はしっかり頭に入れたいですね。

つまり法医学はあてにならないのであれば

それを元に展開する裁判も

必ずしも正しい判決が下る訳ではない

って事です。

と言うことは

間違ってなくても

裁判では負ける事がありますので

裁判を過剰に信頼するのは危険

って事です。

正しいと思って裁判に訴えても負ける事がある

どうすれば良いでしょうね？

まぁ結論から言えば

裁判になるような事はしない

これが一番でしょうね。

私の身近な人間で

昔柔道で金メダルと取って

その後強姦罪で懲役刑になった有名人と親しい人がいますが

彼曰く

あの裁判は冤罪だそうですね。

つまり被害者との間では合意してた

だから強姦では無い

って事です。

まぁ実際に冤罪かどうかは知る由もありませんが

ただ

仮にそうだとしても

結婚してるにも関わらず教え子との性行為はあった訳で

世間的には同情する声はあまり聞こえてきませんでしたよね。

つまり

私たちが生きてる社会は

法治国家ですが

裁判だけで善悪が決まる訳ではありません

人間の持つ感情

これは時には裁判より上に存在するのです。

ですから言いたいことは

欠陥だらけの裁判に勝つかどうか？

そればかりに支配されては

いずれその被害に遭うことがある

って事です。

それよりも一番自分の身を守るのは

裁判では無く自分の良心に従って生きる

って事です。

まぁしかし身は守れますが

つまらない人生でもありますね。

私自身裁判で訴えられた事も

警察に調べられた事もありませんが

良く人から

“何を楽しみに生きてるの”

って言われます。

ただ

周りからはそんな評価かも知れませんが

私自身は

社員と家族の生活を守る

この使命を果たすのが人生の最優先課題ですから

他の人が味わう事のない満足感

これは常に存在します。

そして私にとっては

その喜びに比べればそれ以外の快楽は

大した価値が無いのです。

一見つまらないように見えても

本人にとって達成感は大きいのです。

in reality, even if an autopsy is performed, it is almost impossible to determine the cause of death,

and the estimated time of death is unreliable.

However, that doesn't mean forensic medicine is unnecessary.

As the name forensic medicine suggests, even if it is uncertain, it is necessary in court

I was shocked by what the forensic medicine doctor said when he was interviewed.

The courtroom is supposed to be a place of justice, 

but in reality, the only thing both the prosecution and the defense think about is winning the case.

So, even if the autopsy results are uncertain, they will interpret them in a way that is convenient for both sides and try to win the case.

But, this is inevitable, I guess.

Each side goes to court to get their own argument, and it doesn't matter whether this is actually correct or not.

So, there are many wrong judges , and there are also many cases of serious crimes being overlooked.

This is the reality of courts. 

This is something we, the general public, should keep in mind.

In other words, if forensic science is unreliable,

it is possible that trials based on it will make wrong verdict.

even if you' are not wrong

you can lose in court, so it's dangerous to trust the court too much.

What should we do ?

it's probably best not to do anything that could lead to a court case.

I have a friend who is close to a famous person who won a gold medal in judo a long time ago and he was later sentenced to prison for rape, 

and he said

that trial was a false accusation.

In other words, there was consent between him and the victim,

so it wasn't rape.

Well, there's no way to know if it was actually a false accusation,

but even if it was,

he had sex with his student despite being married, 

so there wasn't much sympathy from the public.

In other words,

we live in a society governed by laws, but justice alone does not determine right and wrong. Human emotions sometimes exist above justice. 

So what I want to say is, 

will you win a flawed trial? 

If you are controlled by that, 

you will eventually become a victim. 

The best way to protect yourself is to live according to your conscience, not the courts. 

Well, you can protect yourself, 

but it can also be a boring life.

 I have never been sued in court or investigated by the police, 

but people often ask me, 

"What are you looking forward to in life?" 

However, while that may be what others think, 

for me, fulfilling my mission to protect the lives of my employees and their families is my top priority in life, 

so there is always a satisfaction that no one else can experience. 

And for me, other pleasures are not worth much compared to that joy.

 Even if it seems boring at first glance, 

it is a great sense of accomplishment for me.
