先週一緒にゴルフをした方
元日産の幹部で
あのカルロスゴーンさんと長く一緒に仕事をしていた方です。
当然その話題になりましたが
本当に興味深い話が聞けましたね。
残念ながら内容についてはここで書く事はできませんが
お話を聞いて
今の時代の問題点
これがはっきり見て取れましたね。
私たちは
ネットでもテレビでも
たくさんの有名人の報道を目にします。
今であれば私はトランプとかバイデン
あるいはプーチンとか習近平
そんな人たちの記事を毎日読んでます。
しかし
この記事を書いてる無数の人たち
ほとんど直接本人と接触してる訳ではありませんよね。
厳密に言えば記者の皆さんは
記者会見では会ってるかもしれませんが
それ以外に長く時間を共有する事はありません
にも関わらず
さも良く知ってるかのようにああだこうだと記事を書くわけです
そしてそれを読んだ私たちは
それによって本人はこんな人だと決めつける
何とも不思議な時代です。
まぁ仕方が無いのかも知れませんが
これ大問題ですよね。
つまり
本人を知らない人たちがまき散らす情報で
本来とは違う人物像が
勝手に独り歩きするのです。
私はトランプもプーチンも好きではありませんが
私のその評価は
彼らを良く知らない人たちが作り上げたイメージによって出来上がってる
って事になります。
そんな機会はありませんが
もし私がトランプとラウンドする機会があれば
私の評価が180度変わって
熱心なトランプファンになる可能性はあります。
この作られたイメージは逆の事もありますよね。
私が仕事で会った元アイドル
大変爽やかで
私自身の中でも好印象の方でしたが
実際に会ったら
まぁ最低の人間でした。
そんな感じで
有名人はマスコミが作り出す虚像
その位に思った方が良いかも知れません。
有名人に限らず
私たち人間は人間を評価しますが
その評価は同じ人間であっても
語る人によって全く違う
これが定めです。
そして私たち不動産の仕事は
これを理解するのとそうで無いのでは
成果は大きく違います。
家族内であっても
それぞれの都合で語る内容は全く違ってきます。
例えば以前こんな話がありました。
ある男性が当社にやってきて
父親の認知能力が低下したので
本人も含め家族全員で話し合って
今後不動産の管理は自分が任される事になった
そう言っていました。
そして今後の家賃の振込先が変更になる
って話になりましたので
一応事実確認のためにお父さん本人に連絡すると
まぁとんでも無い話になりました。
すぐに今度はそのお兄さんと父親本人が来社して
当社にやってきた次男は
親の財産ののっとりを企んでいて
両親に暴力を振るい脅迫してる
そんな内容でした。
まぁそんな感じで
不動産の仕事は
絶対に一方の話を鵜呑みにしてはいけない
って事です。
で
カルロスゴーンさんの話ですが
長年一緒に仕事をしてた方によると
極端な人見知りで
大変おとなしい方だったようです。
マスコミでは
強圧的なイメージが作られて
私もそれを信じていましたから
驚きました。
ただ
やっぱりやってる事は間違ってたようですね。
おっといけない
またつい深入りしそうになりました

そんな訳で
今日の話は
人物像は虚像だらけ
って事で終わります。

However, the countless people who write these articles rarely have direct contact with the people they wrote
Strictly speaking, the reporters may meet the people at press conferences,
but they don't spend much time with them outside of that.
Despite this, they write articles as if they know them well,
and we who read them decide that the people

Well, it may be inevitable, but it's a big problem.
In other words, information spread by people who don't know the people in question creates a different image of them than they actually are.
I don't like either Trump or Putin,
but my opinion of them is based on the image created by people who don't know them well. I if I had the chance to play a round with Trump,
my opinion of him would change 180 degrees and I might become an avid Trump fan.
This image can also be reversed.
I met a former idol at work who was very a good impression
but when I actually met him,
he was just the worst kind of person.
So maybe it's better to think of celebrities as just that, a false image created by the media.
We humans, not just celebrities, evaluate people,
but our evaluations of people are completely different depending on who is talking,
And in our real estate business, the results will be very different if you understand this or not. Even within a family,
the content of what they say will be completely different depending on each person's circumstances.
For example,
there was a story like this before.
A man came to our company and said that his father's cognitive ability had deteriorated,
so he and his entire family, including fatther, had discussed it and decided that he would be in charge of managing the property from now on.

So I contacted the father to confirm the facts,
and it turned out to be a ridiculous story.
Soon after, the older brother and the father came to our company,
and they told us that the second son was plotting to take over his parents' assets and was using violence and threatening them.
So in the real estate business, we should never just take one side of the story
So, about Carlos Ghosn, according to the person who worked with him for many years,
he was extremely shy and very quiet.
The media created an image of him as a coercive and arrogant person, and I believed it too,
so I was surprised.
But it seems that what he was doing was wrong after all
