日曜日の試合で
我が町田ゼルビアは東京ヴェルディーを5-0で破り
見事に単独首位に返り咲きました。
私がこんな事を書くとどうでしょうね？ 読んでる人は？
またその話題か？
って思う人は多いでしょうね。
でも呆れる人は多いかも知れませんが
怒る人はいないと思います。
しかし
間違いなく私がそう言えば
不快に思うのでは？
って感じる事があります。
それは熱心なサポーターの皆さんです。
私がホームゲームを年に３～４回観戦した位で
我が町田ゼルビア
なんて軽々しく言って欲しくない
そう感じる人がいると思います。
なぜなら
熱心なサポーターの皆さんは
私とは全く違います。
アウエイも含めて
ほぼ全試合応援に行きます。
しかも巨大な旗を持って・・
アウエイの試合と言えば
九州から北海道までありますからね
週末になれば
飛行機の乗ったり新幹線に乗ったりして
チームの試合を追いかけています。
凄いですよね。 ゼルビア愛は・・・
そんな人たちを知っていますから
私が軽々しく
我が町田ゼルビア
なんて言ったら
彼等からすれば不快になるのでは・
って危惧してる訳です。
実は私の息子も独身の頃は
この熱心なサポーターの仲間でした。
給与はすべてそれに費やし
仕事も試合がある日に出社って言われると
“辞めさせていだだきます”
って感じでした。
まぁこれでは家庭内はガタガタしますよね。
ですから私は家から出しました。
毎週妻と息子が言い争うのを見て
これはマズい
って思った訳です。
まぁ家から出して良かったですね。
実家に住んでた頃は寄り付かなかった彼女が
息子が一人暮らしをしたら
そのアパートに来るようになって
結果結婚して
有難い事に私も孫に恵まれた
って訳です。
まぁ私の場合は結果オーライでしたが
このサッカー依存症の皆さん
仕事もサッカーの合間にして
私生活も応援を中心に出来上がりますから
多分家庭も仕事も上手く行ってない
そんな人は多いと思いますね。
そんな人間は大バカヤロー？
まぁ違いますね。
私たちはその人たちに感謝しなければなりません。
この熱心なサポーターのおかげで
サッカーは成り立っていますし
その恩恵で私もサッカー観戦を楽しんでる訳です。
逆に言えば
私のような人間ばかりになると
プロのサッカーは成り立たないのです。
つまり
自分の人生を犠牲にしてそれに打ち込む人たちがいるから
チームの経営が成り立ち
その結果社会には大きな恩恵をもたらしてるのです。
この話
私は家庭でも会社でもいつも意識しています。
つまり狭い視野で見れば否定される人でも
見る角度を広げれば
その人の存在価値が見えてくる
って事です。
そうなれば
否定する人間はほとんどいない
って事に気づきます。
営業会社であれば
成績が上がる人とそうでない人
どうしてもそんな傾向はあります。
ただ
営業成績だけで社員を判断すれば
会社全体として存在できない
これも間違いありません。
営業成績が上がると言う事は
効率良く仕事をしてるって事です
しかし会社が成り立つには
効率の悪い仕事
これも誰かがやらなければなりません。
それを引き受けてる人たち営業成績が上がらないのです。
私自身若い頃
営業成績は突出してた
そう思いますが
ただ今にして思うと
お客様から依頼される仕事
これは効率の悪い物がたくさんありました。
例えばビルを買ってくれたお客様から
息子が家を出るのでアパートを探して欲しい
とか
地方に持ってる不動産を売却して欲しいとか
そんなたぐいの依頼はたくさんありました。
そして私は有難い事に
そんな仕事を丸投げできる部下がたくさんいたのです。
若い頃はそこに思いが至らず天狗になっていましたが
今になればはっきり分かります。
私の営業成績は
そんな人たちに支えられてたのだと
今は
社員も家族も
全員有難い
心からそう思えるようになりました。
少し悟りに近づいたのかも知れません

When he lived with us
His girl friend never come
But after he started lives alone
The girl friend started coming to his apartment

Thankfully, I am also blessed with a grandson.
