美しいバラには棘がある

北海道で女子高生を監禁して

４時間も暴行を加えた後

橋から落として殺害

犯人はどんな残虐な顔をしてるのか？

って思って見ると

見た目は可愛らしい女の子ですね。

外見は子羊

中身はオオカミって感じです。

おっとそんな事を言ったらオオカミに失礼かも知れませんね。

オオカミは生きるための獲物は獲りますが

ムカつくからと言って

仲間を殺すなんてしないと思いますからね。

オオカミと言うより魔物です。

可愛い若い子が残忍に人を殺す

この話普通の人は違和感があると思いますが

不動産の仕事をしてると

殺人までは犯さないまでも

外見は綺麗でも内面は獰猛

そんな女性をたくさん目にしますので

私自身はむしろ外見が綺麗な女性は警戒する

そんな癖がついています。

今回は犯人が捕まって

長期間刑務所に入る事になりますが

犯罪を犯さなければ

そんな女性も普通に社会生活を送る訳ですが

支配願望がありますからね

大体臆病な人を栄養源にして生きる

そんな人生を送ります。

数年前にあったママ友に支配された女性は

自分の子供まで殺した訳ですが

まぁ気の毒な事件でした。

いずれにしてもこの支配型女性は周りにたくさん居ますので

避ける

これが一番です。

ではそんな女性の餌食になる人は？

って言うと

大人しくて従順な人です。

私達の入居者にも時々いますが

トラブルメーカーで注意しに行くと

玄関を開けて出てくるのは

その女性ではありませんせん

怯えた表情の男性が出て来て私たちに対峙します。

女性は後ろで脅して

その男性を表に立たせるのです。

まぁ気の毒になりますね。

精神的に弱くて逃げ出したいのに

前にも進めず後ろにも下がれませんからね。

この支配型女性の生息地は不動産の世界にもあります。

それは夫婦でやってる零細不動産屋です。

気の弱い社長と

気の強い奥さん専務のセット

本当に良く目にします。

まぁ社員は地獄ですよね。

ですから人は居付きません

だから零細不動産屋のままなんです。

私が絶縁になる同業者の大半はこのパターンです。

支配型奥さん専務は

論理より恫喝できますからね。

まともに相手にできません。

また家主にも多いですね。

特に良く目にするのは

親から賃貸物件を相続した女性

一定割合で気の強い女性がいます。

まぁお客様ですからね

本来はしっかり受け入れるべきですが

私は最近はそんな家主はお断りするようにしています。

理由は

それでは社員が持たないからです。

当社のスタイルは

長い時間をかけて社員を育てますから

感情で支配しようとする家主を相手にさせて辞められたら大損害です。

ですから

そうなる前にお付き合いをお断りするのです。

いずれにしても

このブログを読んでる方の中にもたくさんいると思いますが

この支配型女性は

不幸とセットです。

私達がよく目にするのは

職場でもうまく行かず

家族からも見放されて

最後はボロアパートで生活保護で終わる人です。

歴史を見ても西太后、紅青、マリーアントワネット・・・

とにかくこの支配型女性の悲惨な最後はいくらでも出てきます。

ですから

その性格は人生をブチ壊す

大変やっかいな物です

治せるかどうか分かりませんが

せめて感情が暴れない努力

今日から始めた方が良いですね。

but in my real estate work, 

We see a lot of women who are pretty on the outside but ferocious on the inside, even if they don't commit murder, 

so I have a habit of being wary of pretty women.

This time, the perpetrator was caught and will be in prison for a long time,

 but if she hadn't committed a felon crime, 

such women would live normal lives in society, 

and  they have a desire to dominate, so they live their lives by feeding on cowards.

A few years ago, a woman who was dominated by a mom friend ended up killing her own child, 

it was a sad case.

In any case, there are a lot of these controlling women around,

 so it's best to avoid them.

who falls victim to such women?

They are quiet and obedient people.

We had some tenants who are troublemakers,

And when we went to warn them, it's not the woman who opens the front door, but a frightened man who confronts us. 

The woman threatens him from behind, forcing him to stand outside. 

I felt sorry for them. 

They're mentally weak and want to run away,

 but they can't move forward or back. 

The world of real estate is  a habitat for controlling women. 

They are small real estate agencies run by married couples. 

You see them all the time, with a timid president and a strong-willed wife as the managing director.

 It's hell for the employees. 

That's why people don't stay, and they remain small real estate agencies.

 Most of the real estate agents I cut ties with are of this pattern.

 A controlling wife-manager intimidate rather than use logic. 

We can't take them seriously. 

They're also common among landlords. I see them a lot, especially women who inherit rental properties from their parents, and there is a certain percentage of strong-willed women. Well, they are customers, after all. Ideally, I should accept them,

 but recently I have been turning down landlords like that. 

The reason is our employees will quit rather than get by such a people. 

Our company's style is to take a long time to train employees, 

So it will be huge loss

That's why I turn them down before that happens.

 In any case, as I'm sure there are many of such a people reading this blog, 

Then I want to say that controlling women are highly possible that they end up miserable life

What we often see are people who don't do well at work, 

And abandoned by their families, 

and end up living in a rundown apartment and on welfare. Looking at history, there are Empress Dowager Cixi, Hongqing, Marie Antoinette... Anyway, there are plenty of tragic endings for controlling women. 

So that personality is very troublesome and can ruin your life. 

I don't know if it can be cured,

 but you should at least start making an effort to not let your emotions get out of hand, starting today.
