かつての善行は今の悪行

旧優生保護法

国の責任を認める最高裁判決が出ましたね。

まぁ当然ですね。

私たち日本の負の歴史

って言って良いと思いますね。

ただこんな過去の人権裁判を見るといつも思いますが

その時代はそれが正しい事として国民が受け入れていたんですよね。

それが時代が変わり人権意識が高まった結果

その政策が今裁かれて否定された

って事です。

当時は正しい事でも時代が変われば犯罪

って事は

今私たちが正しいと思ってやってる事が

将来は間違った行為として裁かれる

こんな可能性がありますよ。

どんな事がありますかね？

まぁこれについては将来の日本がどうなるか？

これによって決まるんでしょうね。

この先日本の経済が没落して

失業者が溢れるようになれば

産業構造を破壊したとして

今の働き方改革だとか最低時給は

自由主義経済の原則に反する行為として裁かれるかも知れません。

また少子化が止まらず国が崩壊する

ってなれば

本来生物としての男女の役割は明確に分かれてるのに

それを無視して

男女共同参画基本法なんて法律を作った

これが裁かれるかも知れません

農業離れが加速して

食料が足りなくなり

餓死者が出るようになれば

職業選択の自由がその根本原因

って事になって

中国のように農村部から都市部への移住は制限される可能性もあります。

私たち不動産の世界はどうでしょうね。

人口減少が止まらず

空き家だらけになり

しかもそれを解体する業者も足りない

となれば

建築の総量の制限をするべきだった

なんて話になるかも知れません。

まぁしかし将来の事は分かりませんから

あまりそんな事ばかり考えずに

今を精一杯生きる

これしかありませんね、

それと今回の旧優生保護法

訴えられたのはもちろん政府ですが

しかし実際には国民が許容した訳ですから

責任は全国民にあるんですよね。

時代が変わっても

その変化の代償は国全体で負う訳ですから

それに備えるなんて言ってもあまり意味が無いのかも知れません。

The Supreme Court has ruled that the government is responsible for the former Eugenic Protection Law.

Well, that's only natural.

I think it's fair to say that it's part of Japan's negative history.

However, when I look at past human rights trials like this,

 I always think that

at the time, the people accepted it as the right thing to do.

But as times have changed and awareness of human rights has increased,

the policy has now been tried and rejected.

What was right at the time may become a crime as times change.

This means that what we think is right now may be tried as wrong in the future.

What could that be?

Well, it depends on what the future holds for Japan.

I guess that will determine this.

If the Japanese economy collapses in the future and there are too many unemployed people,

the current work style reforms and minimum wages may be tried as going against the principles of a liberal economy, as they destroy the industrial structure.

If the declining birthrate doesn't stop and the country collapses, 

they may be sued for ignoring the clearly defined roles of men and women as living beings 

and creating a law like the Basic Act for Gender Equality.

If the move away from agriculture accelerates and there is a food shortage and people start dying of starvation, 

the freedom to choose one's occupation may be deemed the root cause, 

and migration from rural to urban areas may be restricted, as in China.

 What about our real estate world? 

If the population decline doesn't stop and there are a lot of vacant houses and there aren't enough contractors to demolish them,

 they may say that they should have limited the total amount of construction.

But we don't know what the future holds, 

so we have no choice but to live to the fullest in the present without thinking too much about such things. 

And as for the old Eugenic Protection Law, 

of course it was the government that was sued, but in reality it was the people who accepted it, 

so the responsibility lies with the entire nation.

Even if times change, the cost of that change will be borne by the entire country,

so it may not be very meaningful to say that we should prepare for it.
