The reasons you cannot do things:

できない理由を並べ立てる人がいる。それでは新しい事業を達成することはできない。何もないことを前提として、目標を達成するために必要な人材や設備、技術をどう調達するかを考えなくてはならない。
There are some who say various reasons they cannot do things. But, with such a mind, you cannot realize a new business. With the assumption that there is nothing, you should think how to secure human resources, equipment, and technologies which are needed to attain the goal.
