What you like, you will do well:

「好き」こそが最大のモチベーションであり、ひいては成功への道筋になる。
"What you like" would be the biggest motivation for you , and would lead you to success.
好きであれば、自然に意欲も湧くし努力もするので、最短距離で上達していく。人から見ればたいへんな苦労も、本人には苦労どころか、楽しみとなる。
If you love something, you will naturally get a desire, and make necessary efforts. So you will make great progress as fast as possible. What seems like a lot of hassle to others is actually a great pleasure for you, far from being difficulty.
