ひたすら善意に
You should always be a person of goodwill:

物事をいいほうに善意に解釈をしていくことが大切です。悪い方に悪意に受け取っては、人生はどんどん暗くなります。仮に相手が自分に対して悪意を持って何かをしかけようとも、「あの人はバカじゃないだろうか」と疑われるくらい、ニコニコしながら受け流すのです。
It is very important for you to think of things in a goodwill direction. If you think of them in a bad way or in a malicious way, your life will be getting worse and worse. Even if people try to do something malicious to you, you should take that smiling to the extent that they might think " That guy must be a real fool."
そんなあなたを見て、「あの人はよほどのバカだよ。あそこで怒らなくてどうするのだ」と見下す人もいるかもしれませんが、そういうくだらない、悪意に満ちた悪口などは気にせず笑い飛ばしていければいいのです。
Seeing you behave like that, some might make light of you, thinking " That guy must be so stupid, he should have got angry at that point. " But you should neglect such stupid, bad language full of malice, with smile.

礼儀を失わず相手を尊重した誠意に立った上でならば、言うべきことはハッキリ言うことが大切である。（言うべきことを言う）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
When it is not uncivil and based on the honesty coming from your respect to your partners, it is important for you to say clearly what you should say to them. ( to say what should be said)
