夢に酔う：
Fascinated with your dream:

ビジネスを成功させるためには、夢を抱いてその夢に酔うということがまず必要だ。夢に酔っていればこそ、それを実現させる情熱が湧いてくる。
In order to make success in your business, first you need to have a dream and you should be fascinated by that dream. It is because you are charmed by your dream that passion will come out from you.

もちろん、実際に事業に着手したら、いつまでも夢に酔っているのではなく、スタートした瞬間から、理性的に判断し、無用な危険を避け、実際的な方策について考え尽くし、仕事を成功に導くようにしなければならない。
Of course, when you have actually started your project, you should be out of that intoxication soon. The moment you begin, you should be rational in your judgement, be careful to be able to avoid unnecessary risks, and thoroughly think of practical measures in order to attain a success.
