What is a real leader?
真のリーダーとは、人生において、ひたむきに仕事に打ち込み、その中で人格を高め続けているような人物ではないでしょうか。そのような人間であれば、リーダーとして権力を委ねられた後も、堕落することも傲慢になることもなく、集団のために自らを犠牲にして懸命に働き続けてくれるはずです。
I think a real leader is the kind of person who has been devoting himself to his job in his life ,and at the same time,
has been enhancing his personality through that process. Such a person should be able to keep on working hard for the group with some self-sacrifice, without getting corrupted and arrogant, even after he is left power as a leader.
