知恵の蔵①
A house for knowledge (part 1)

この宇宙のどこかに、「知恵の蔵（真理の蔵）」ともいうべき場所があって、人間は自分でも気づかないうちに、その蔵に蓄えられた「叡智」を、新しい発想やひらめきとして、引き出してきた。汲めども尽きない「叡智の井戸」、それは宇宙、または神が蔵している普遍の真理のようなもので、私自身もまた、必死になって研究に打ち込んでいるときに、その叡智の一端に触れることで、画期的な新材料や新製品を世に送り出すことができた。
I think there must be a so-called "house for knowledge" (or, a house for truth) somewhere in this universe. And humans have long used the wisdom stored there, as a new idea or insight since ancient times. It's just like "a well of wisdom" which will never dry no matter how much you may draw water. In other words, it's like the universal truth of the universe or God. I think I also could touch its tip when I devoted myself to the research in my younger days, and thanks to that happy experience, I could finally produce epoch-making new materials or new products and rolled out them in the market.

他人任せでは物事は好転しない。”誰かが”ではなく、”まず自分が”という行き方を心がけたい。（主体性）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
Things would not turn good only if you leave them on others. Not " Someone would" but "First of all, I will " would bring you a good result. (independence)

”石の上にも三年”という。しかし、三年を一年で習得する努力を怠ってはならない。（努力）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
There is a saying in Japanese, as" Even on a stone there would be something in three years," meaning you could get some good results if you make a long-term effort. However, you should make efforts to learning things in a shorter period in time, for example, in a year, rather than in three years. (efforts)
