多様な人と語れるのが不動産業の魅力

私は自分の人生で恵まれてた

って思う事のひとつは

たくさんの人と話す機会があったって事です

厳密に言えば話す機会ではありませんね

語る機会です。

話だけであればコンビニの店員さんも

たくさんの人と会話を交わします。

私の場合は

仕事もプライベートも

たくさんの人とじっくり話す事ができたのです。

しかも年齢は幅広く

私の孫と母親では100歳も違いますし

職業も

反社会勢力の人や若い頃殺人で服役した人から

弁護士だとか大学教授

また音楽家やスポーツ選手

本当に様々の人と色んな人と話ができて

大変良かった

そう思って感謝しています。

その結果分かった事は

人間は一人一人脳が違うので

本当に面白くて飽きない

って事です。

私も人並みに人間の好き嫌いはありますが

嫌いな人であっても

その脳に思いを巡らせば興味の対象になります。

ただこの話詳しく語ればきりがありませんから深入りはしませんが

今一番思うのは

私たちは

とかく優れた人に興味を持ちがちですが

実際には優劣に関係なく

人の人生はそれぞれドラマがある

って事です。

と言うより

むしろ一般人の人生の方が面白いのだと思います。

例えば大谷翔平は

世界中の人を感動させますが

彼の人生は良い家庭で育って

恐らく野球漬けだったでしょうから

その意味ではあまり変化は無かったと思います。

世の中には

小さい頃から父親の暴力に怯えて育ったとか

親が夜逃げして施設に預けれたとか

先輩に万引きをさせられたとか

とにかく普通に見えても

そんな人生を抱えてたりしますから

その負の部分を語らせると

本当に面白いのです。

しかし負の部分を語らせるのは簡単ではありません

過去を捏造したり

創造したりして今の生活に悪影響を及ばないようにする

これが人間です。

暗い過去を隠さず語る人は滅多にいません。

人間の本能ですからね。

ただ語らなくても

触れられたくない過去がある人は

大体分ります。

例えば学生時代にいじめの経験があれば

当時の友達の話は避けますし。

家庭に問題があった人も

家族の事はあまり語りません。

最近は男が男に性的暴行を受けた

なんて話もたくさん出てくるようになりましたが

たくさんあるって事は

過去も同じだったでしょうから

被害者は全員心に封印してた

って事です。

そうやって人を見れば

人間は皆ドラマを抱えてる

それが分って

興味が尽きないのです。

人間は偉人も凡人もありません

優劣もありません

誰もが

ただ与えられた環境と肉体で

一生懸命生きてるだけです。

これに気づく事ができた不動産の仕事

これに出会えてよかった

今はそんな気持ちになっています。

I think I have been blessed in my life

There are a lot of reason

One of them is that

I had the opportunity to talk to a lot of people.

Both work and private life

I was able to talk with many people.

Moreover, there is a wide range of ages

There is a 100 year difference between my grandson and my mother.

Occupation too

From anti-social forces and people who served time in prison for murder when he was young.

The lawyers or a university professors

Also musicians and athletes

I was able to talk to so many different kind of people.

It was very interesting

I am grateful for that.

What I found out as a result is

Because each human has a different brain

It's really interesting and I never get tired of it

That's what it means.

I have likes and dislikes about people just like everyone else.

Even if it's someone I don't like

When delved into their into their brain,

it becomes an object of interest.

However, there are quite few people who talk about their bad past

Even so

I can imagine their past 

By knowing that they don’t want to talk

For example,

If there are someone who don’t talk about the friends when he was student

Maybe he was victim of bullying 

and man who experienced unhappy relation with family

does not touch on it

although we tend to be interested in outstanding people.

Actually, regardless of famous or not

Each person's life has its own drama.

That's what it means.

Rather than say

I think the lives of ordinary people are more interesting than celebrities

For example, Shohei Otani

he impresses people all over the world

but

His life grew up in a good family

He was probably obsessed with baseball.

I don't think he experienced much in that sense.

In the ordinary people

Some grew up in fear of his father's violence since childhood.

I know a man his parents ran away when he was elementary school student

And he grew up in a orphans facility.

Even if it looks normal anyway

People have their own story

And especially their negative past

It's really interesting.

But it's not easy to talk about the negative aspects.

By fabricating the past

Avoid creating negative effects on their current life

This is human nature

There are very few people who openly talk about their dark pasts.

It's human nature.

But I can imagine their past by taking

If you look at people like that

All humans have drama.

I understand that

I'm endlessly interested.

There are no great people or ordinary people.

There is no superiority or inferiority.

everyone

Just with the given environment and body

they just trying my best to live.

The real estate job that made me realize this

I'm glad I found this

That's how I feel now.
