昨日の雨は凄かったですね
朝からエリアメールの警報が鳴りまくってましたので
早めに出社して情報を確認していました
そうこうしてる内に予想通り雨漏りのクレームがあって
大変ご立腹でしたので
実際には私では解決できませんが
怒りを治める事はできますので
豪雨の中社員と大量のタオルとバケツを持って出かけました
途中は凄かったですね
あっちこっち水たまりがあって
モーターボートのように水を蹴散らしながら車を走らせました

まぁ予想通りでしたが
私が濡れながら駆け付けただけで
お客様の怒りも収まり
和やかに会話をして戻ってきましたが
会社に戻ってからは
私は近くのカメラのライブ映像を見ていました
危険水位に達してましたので
これ以上悪化すると
また雨の中出かける事になります。
何のために？
お年寄りをおんぶして避難させるためです。
当社のアパートがその川のほとりにあって
そこには９０歳のお婆さんが住んでるのです。
幸いそろそろヤバイから行こうか？
なんて思った頃水位が下がり始めましたので
私の出番も無くなり胸をなで下ろしました。
そうやってほっと一息付いた頃
また電話がありました
今回は雨漏りではありませんし
具体的には書けませんが
とにかくヤバそうな人です。
電話で訳の分からい事を言いながら
喚き散らかし始めましたので
とにかく電話で済む話ではないので
会社に来るように言いました。
その後また当社で買い取った物件にひどい雨漏りがありますので
その見積もりを取ったりなんかしてる内に
あっと言う間に夕方
まぁこれが私たちの仕事です。
ここ数年不動産投資ブームで
たくさんの素人さんが賃貸経営を始めましたが
これ
黙ってってお金が入って来る
なんて甘い考えではだめですよ。
不特定の人に部屋を貸すと言う事は
多様な人から苦情もたくさん来るのです
それでも不動産屋に管理を任せれば
私たちがすべてやりますので
大してストレスを感じる事もありませんが
その管理費を節約しよう
なんて思って宅建業の免許を取ったりすると
よほどの覚悟がなければ
心を病んでしまいますよ
今も昔も不動産の仕事は大変なんです。
私自身普通の人なら眠れないような問題を
毎日抱えて生きてる訳ですからね。
会社を興して３３年
本当に心休まる日は
一日もありませんでした。

After returning to the office,

I'll have to go out in the rain again.

To carry the elderly on my back and help her evacuate.
Our apartment is on the banks of the river,
and a 90-year-old woman lives there.

it was already evening before I knew it.
