Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. We bring you love.
ちょうど今、地球の上空は私たちの星や他の惑星のスペースシップで埋め尽くされています。ご存じのように地球は今不安定な状態にあります。皆さんの多くは地球の感じていることを繊細に感じとっておられると思います。皆さんはまた夢の中で多くの援助を行ってもいます。混乱と変化は疲労をもたらします。今皆さんの身体はその影響を受けて疲れきっているのが私たちにはわかります。変化がこれから加速するにつれて皆さんの感じる疲労は（これまでのどんな体験とも）比べようのないものになるでしょう。
Right now your skies are filled with our ships as well as those from other planets. Your Earth is unstable, as you know. Many of you are sensitive and feel what the Earth is feeling. Some of you may be feeling extra tired from all that is transpiring. You are also assisting many in the dream state. The chaos and changes are fatiguing. We see that your bodies are going through a lot right now. There is no comparison to how much you will be feeling as the changes accelerate.
皆さんはすでに未来のイベントと私たちの出現に備えておられると思います。皆さんはこれまでに未来への希望と共に広範囲のアドバイスを受けてきました。私たちはこれから起きるできごとを見通す場所にいて、銀河連邦と同様に皆さんと意志疎通することができます。現在の地球の状況は不安定の一言に尽きます。
You might as well get prepared for the future events and for our appearances. You have been given ample suggestions as well as warnings about the future. We are in a position where we can see what is likely. We communicate with the Earth as well as the Galactic Federation. The situation is unstable at this time.
これからの変化に向けて皆さんにいくつかの見通しを提供したいと思います。私たちの見解では皆さんの中に変化の先駆けになる人々がいます。彼らは変化を代表して真実を伝えています。彼らは、多くの異なるレベルで役割を果たしていて、地球上のさまざまな地位にありますが、これから起こる不安を安定化させて進行する変化を人々に説明することが期待されています。
We would like to provide you with some insights that might assist you during these changes. From our perspective some of you are the frontrunners of change. You are the agents of change and the tellers of truth. You are functioning in this manner on many different levels and in various positions on the Earth. You are most needed. You are the ones who may be asked to provide stability to those in fear. You may become the interpreters of events as they occur.
私たちの到着を心待ちにしている皆さんもおられるようです。これまで通り忍耐強くあってください。皆さんが私たちを歓迎して自分たちの実在を証明することは私たちも楽しみにしています。私たちと皆さんの再会が近いことはいつも皆さんの心に深く刻んでおいてください。皆さんが私たちの到着に熱心に備えれば備えるほど、私たちはますます準備を進めていくことになります。人々に不安を与えることは私たちが最も避けたいことです。皆さんが不安を超越することが私たちの到着への道を準備することになるのです。
Some of you are anxiously awaiting our arrival. You must be patient as always. We love it when you welcome us and joyously want to be in our presence. You must always be deeply preparing for our reunion. The more that you do to prepare energetically for our arrival, the more that we can be in preparation for you. The last thing that we want to do is bring fear to the populace. That is why every time you transcend your fear it paves the way for our presence.
光のゲイトウエイ（門）は地球の皆さんに広く開かれています。皆さんのすべてに注がれている愛は比べようもないほどなのです。現在起きていることのすべては古い凝り固まったエネルギーをシフト（浄化）するためのプロセスです。嵐などの地球の異変が起きるたびに光は地球と人類に深く浸透していきます。地球がアセンションを経て高次元に移行するために大量の光とヒーリングによって変容をもたらす必要があるのです。
The gateways of Light are open and wide for the Earth. The love that is coming to her and to all of you is unparalleled. It is helping to shift the consciousness. Everything that is occurring right now is helping to clear and shift old stuck energies. With each earth change, storm, or other stroke of nature, the Light penetrates deeper into the Earth and humanity. It will take a lot of Light and healing for the transformative energies to bring about the higher dimensions and ascension of the Earth.

The Earth has been impenetrably surrounded for a long time with dense and dark energies. Many of you already are aware of this fact. The fact that the gateways of Light are open and streaming through signifies progress that is necessary for the completion of our landings and reconnections with all of you.
地球は今、戦争を終わらせる時を迎えました。まだそれは明確でないかもしれませんが、事態はその方向で進んでいるのです。二元性の意識がもたらす分離はもはや存在しません。この意識の進化はさらに宇宙の兄弟・姉妹との一体感をもたらします。そうなった（すべてが１つになった）時に、なぜ戦争をする必要があるでしょうか？
This is the time on the Earth when you will be ending wars. It might not seem apparent now but this is the direction where things are going. There will be no more separation caused by duality consciousness. It will bring unity consciousness even with your brothers and sisters from space. With that in mind, why would you need war?
私たちと地球の皆さんは深くつながっています。皆さんが気づいていなくても、私たちは皆さんのために絶えず奉仕しているのです。私たちが心に願う目的は一つなのです。地球と地球上のすべての生命への奉仕・・・
Our connection with you runs deep. We are with you constantly and are working with you whether you are aware of it or not. We have the same goal in mind, to be of service to the Earth and all of life on the Earth.

親愛なる皆さん。新しい考え方と思想に自分を開く準備をしてください。現在の自分が変わることを拒否することも選択の自由です。しかしそうする人々は自分を縛りつけてきた低いバイブレーションにとどまってしまうのです。どのソウルにも自分の必要を満たす道を発見する機会が与えられていると同時に、アセンションへの道も開かれています。何も恐れることはありません。皆さんが失うものはほとんど何もなく、受け取るものは皆さんの想像をはるかに超えているのです。皆さんがこれから行う数千年に及ぶ状態からのジャンプを考えてみてください。それがもたらす、はかりしれない恩恵のすべてを味わってください。それがこれから皆さんの本当に受け取るものであり、まだそれはフルコンシャスの状態で受け取る喜びのほんのわずかにすぎないものなのです。
Dear Ones, be prepared to think anew and leave your selves open to new ideas. Those who refuse to move on will be allowed their freedom of choice, but they will remain in the lower vibrations, which they cling to. There will be every opportunity for any soul that is seeking to find a way of satisfying their needs, and at the same time create a pathway to Ascension. There is nothing to be frightened of, as you will lose little and gain much more than you could imagine. Consider how you would like to jump ahead a thousand years by your present standards, and enjoy all of the benefits it would bring. That is realistically what you stand to gain, and not least of all upliftment to a state of full consciousness.
本格的なアドベンチャーが今開始しようとしています。それが真実であることは皆さんが自分の目で確かめることになります。皆さんは次第に物質世界に制約されてきたイリュージョン（幻想）から目覚めつつあります。今皆さんは高いバイブレーションに調和する、よりリアル（現実的）な次元に引き寄せられています。皆さんを３次元に永遠に固定するように創造主は計画してはいません。皆さんは次の進化段階である銀河生命体（ギャラクティック・ビーング）に向かうよう定められているのです。
The adventure is about to begin in earnest and you may pinch yourself to see if it is real. You are gradually leaving the illusion of gross physicality for a refined state of being. You are gravitating towards a more realistic dimension that will be more consistent with your higher vibration. It was never the plan that you should remain in the 3rd dimension forever, but take your place as Galactic Beings in the next stage in your evolution.
私はシリウスのサ・ルー・サ、ようやく皆さんのスピリットの重要な進化を進める話ができるようになってうれしく思います。これから時がたつほど、ますます良いニュースが皆さんに届きます。ボールがいったん転がり始めたら、もはや止めることはできないのです。突然差し込んだ光は、ますます他の光を呼び込みながら広がっていきます。そして私たちの喜びが絶えることはもはやありません。

皆さんが夢見てきた地球上のユートピア建設は非現実的な妄想では決してありません。これから時間がたつにつれて、その実現への道に立ちふさがっていた障害が取り除かれていきます。ただし改善への努力が現実化して動き始めるために時間を与えてほしいのです。テクノロジーと装備の用意は整い、皆さんの需要を充分に満たす供給がスペースシップに積載されています。皆さんの工業と製造産業は絶えざる利益追求のレベルに停滞していて、必然的に他国との協力関係を欠落しています。経済・金融システムは失業をもたらしています。もし突然私たちが皆さんのシステムを使って計画を実行しようとしても、それは私たちの需要にこたえるものではありません。皆さんの直面する問題を充分に理解してサポートすること、それは私たち自身の必要を満たすことでもありますが、まず皆さんの機械と製造方法のアップデート（新しい時代に即応する方法への改革）への援助から始めたいと思います。
Your dreams of a state of Utopia upon Earth are not unrealistic at all, and in the course of time you will see all that stands in its way being removed. However, allow time for the forces for good to be set up and become operative. The technology and equipment are ready, and our Supply Ships have enormous capacities to hold more than sufficient for your needs. Your engineering and manufacturing industries have been savaged by the quest for ever-increasing profit levels, and the consequent loss of contracts to foreign countries. The economic and financial position is also leading to a lack of work, and even so if we suddenly required your facilities they could not cope with our demands. That we are fully aware of your problems, means that we have provided for our own needs, and will also help you update your machinery and methods.
いったん変化が開始すれば、それはますます加速しながら実現していくでしょう。皆さんの生活上の不便を最小限にとどめるためにスピードが重要な要素になります。これから大がかりな改革を進める上で、これまで人類が費やしたような多大な労力を必要としないほど私たちのテクノロジーは進歩しています。私たちのロボットは複雑な任務を実行できるようにプログラムされていて、それだけで十分に作業を進められるほどなのです。私たちのコンピューター・スペースシップはあらゆる問題を処理できる知性を備えています。私たちのマザーシップは高度なレベルでコンピューター制御されていて、私たちの操縦無しで作動できるほどなのです。皆さんの理解が高まって私たちのレベルに到達して、それを賢明に良い目的のために使うと信頼できるようになった時点で、このテクノロジーのすべてが皆さんのものになるのです。「分かち合う」という言葉はお互いの利益のための愛と奉仕の関係の中で用いられます。そこには個人の所有権や金銭による売買が関わる余地が無いのです。
Once the changes really get started, you will find that they will take place at an ever-increasing pace. Speed will be of the essence so as to keep any inconvenience to you at an absolute minimum. Forget Man’s ways as ours are so advanced that in spite of the amount of changes required, they will in no way be labor intensive. Even our robots can be programmed to carry out quite complex tasks. We are already in a far more advanced stage in computership, and have quite intelligent models that are extremely clever and able to solve problems. Our Motherships function almost entirely through computer application and usage to very high standards, to the extent that they are almost independent of us. All of this technology is to be yours as you rise up more to our level of understanding, and can be trusted to use it wisely and only for the good of all. Sharing is a word that goes with love and service for the benefit of each other. There is no personal ownership involved, or monies that exchange hands
皆さんが心の中では新しい生き方をとても自然に受け入れることのできる美しいソウルであることを私たちは理解しています。何千年もの間、お互いを隔てる分離状態に置かれてきたために、皆さんは忘却に陥って本来の姿を取り戻す方法がわからなくなってしまったのです。地球上の支配者とその部下が皆さんをバラバラにして、自分たちのコントロールの下に縛り付けてきた結果、皆さんは絶え間ない混乱状態に置かれてきたのです。今、やっと平和が訪れ、古い脅迫が取り除かれて、皆さんはお互いの違いをわきにおいて、仲良くする準備ができたのです。人生のスピリチュアルな意味が復活して理解されるようになります。皆さんの内側に自分を導く教師がいることに皆さんは気づくでしょう。これまで多くの害をなしてきた分裂は過去の残骸になります。異なる信念が共存することは可能であり、自分の意見を人に押し付ける必要はありません。ただ一つの創造主が実在するという真実が皆さんを一つにするのです。
We know that at heart you are beautiful souls that will take quite naturally to a new way of life. The separation that you have experienced from one another for many thousands of years, will pass into oblivion and you will wonder how it was brought about. The Controllers of Earth and its people have deliberately set you upon each other, to keep you under their control and in a frequent state of chaos. Peace is coming, and when the old threats are removed you will see how readily people can put aside their differences, and become friends. The spiritual aspect of life will return and be understood, and it will be realized that you can be your own teachers by looking within. The schisms that have caused so much trouble in the past will be consigned to the scrap heap. It is possible for different beliefs to live side by side, providing there is no intent to thrust them upon other people. The truth will bring you together, and it will be acknowledged that there is but the One God.

予想していた通り、地球外生命体の実在を発表する声明がまもなく行われるというお知らせは地球に波紋を起こしています。この知らせを慎重に受け入れようとする人々もいます。これは他の多くの出来事が気を散らせている今の状況では好ましい反応だと言えます。私たちのプランではこれから起きるイベントは仮に、同盟者が別の選択をしたとしても、一つのクライマックス（頂点）をなすポジティブ（積極的）な動きなのです。これ（から行われる重大発表）は、いつ始まるかも知らないままに皆さんがこれまで待ち望んできたイベントの最初の動きで、今ようやくそれが始まろうとしているのです。それは皆さんの期待を裏切ることなく、必ず実現します。そしてその発表は計画されていた一連のイベントのまだほんの始まりなのです。皆さんの行動の一つ一つがすでに創造主に定められていた皆さんの財産を自分に取り戻す原因になるということを覚えておいてください。そのことが今皆さんが地球に生まれてきている理由の基本であり、それがアセンションの開始までに充分に備えることにつながるのです。
As to be expected, the news about the declaration to be made acknowledging the existence of your Space friends has caused a stir. There are some of you who are cautiously accepting it, and that is always desirable where other events may eclipse it. However, as a high point in our plan, it can be taken as a positive move that will take place, unless the overseers decide otherwise. You have been awaiting such a first move not knowing from where it might come. Now it is nearly here, do not allow your expectations to run away with you. It is but the first of a whole chain of events that are planned. Remember that all of our actions are dedicated to bringing you what is yours already by divine decree. They are based on the truth regarding your purpose for being here, and to ensure that you are fully prepared by the time Ascension is to take place.

What will soon be apparent is that the new times opening up, will give many of you the opportunity to be of service to the Light. Some of you have been searching for a way to do so for a long time, and your desire to help has not been ignored. There will be plenty to do as the truth unfolds and projects can begin to go ahead. Everyone here at this time has been aware of what may be asked of him or her, and came to Earth for that very purpose. Naturally, very few have any recollection of what their life contracts are, but feel the urge to put themselves forward for selection. We know all about you and have your profiles upon our computers. In fact, should the need arise; we can also locate you no matter where you are at any time. Your Government has planned to use their technology to control your every move, but we can say that it will not go much further than it is now. Freedom of movement and speech is very much at the forefront of our plans, to release you from the Draconian laws that now reduce you to not much more than slaves.
