English in English

To learn English, it should be based in English.
But I bought many English study book in Japanese.
I talked about this with my son's school parent in US, he is Chinese but good talker in Japanese.
I met him at examine place for TOEIC. He said Japanese TOEIC books are very good in the world.
I was interested in his that sense.
He is true Chinese, he learned English with Japanese. Very funny.

I had some bad things about working US in poor my English skill.
Sometimes my colleagues might have many confusion for my unclear order.
I also was afraid if they go away from our company, if i have to take over their work in English.

But I thought too that they can do that, I will understand their way.
The result was remained. Many result were there, Starting, the cues, the proof should be there.
if not so, they also be unable to make the result.
the work is just the action. Examine, record it , input it to some spread worksheet. I imagine that would be more easy.
But I was afraid that all works are based in English.

My someone colleague talked me that hard situation would train you very much.

And now I should overcome this situation again.
If I received order to move overseas again, I would have no fear. It is my hope.
Finally that situation did not come to my place. It is very common situation.
For overcoming my poor skill, I try to learn English in English.
Perhaps I try to examine TOEIC, after that, I look over the result and examination in Japanese.
But I will make word memory card in English.
I will use dictionary in English to English.
I will read that foreign books for study, I will buy it as paperback style.

Sometimes I will entry alike English topics. When you read that, please understand my situation.
