Matsumoto: Abduction pact no one-size-fits-all

Matsumoto said he intends to weigh both sides thoroughly before any decision is made on signing the treaty.

"The Hague Convention is an international framework that was established out of necessity amid (the rise in) international marriages," Matsumoto said, adding, however, that any decision regarding the treaty by Tokyo must reflect "the viewpoint of the Japanese people."

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and other nations have been pressuring Japan to join the convention. Matsumoto said he is under no deadline.


He meanwhile voiced hope that Japanese nationals abducted to North Korea can be repatriated.

　ハーグ条約についての締結について、、松本新外務大臣が日本国民の観点を反映しなければならない、と述べた、と。これは当然である。
　それと同時に、北朝鮮による拉致された日本人については奪還したい、と。

確かに、大臣はハーグ条約締結についての北朝鮮による拉致問題についてインタビューで応えている。

　しかし、それは、訪中・普天間・北朝鮮拉致問題・北方領土問題と並んで述べられたものである。
　特にこの二つを並べた意図は、表題と相俟って明かで、
　

　日本人の親がが”拉致した”子供は返還したくない。
　北朝鮮が拉致した日本人は返還してもらいたい。

のはいかがなものか、と暗示したいのだろう。

　親による連れ去りと、国家による暴力的な誘拐を等置するハーグに関する圧力団体と同じことをやっているのである。

　そもそも、このニコフJapanTimes は、ハーグの件に関して公正な報道をしていない。

　例えば、サボイ事件の真相を伝えていない。

　こうした真相を語らず、この事件をテコに、

ひとつ目の記事の論者はそのブログで、国際離婚した日本人の子供を元アメリカ人軍人を使って、暴力的に拉致しようとするエージェントを紹介し、また、二つ目の記事ではいまだに、プラバシーもへったくれもなく、子供の写真を掲載している始末。



当ブログでは早くからこの件に関して、日本人女性の声が無視されていると主張し、その後、毎日新聞が家庭内暴力でくるしむ女性の声を掲載、ニフコJapanTimesも最近になってようやく日本人妻の立場の声を掲載したが、

それまでは、アメリカ人夫の都合のいい話ばかり連載してきたのである。

それでいて米国軍人に置き去りにされたアメラジアン家族の救済についてキャンペーンをはるということは一切ないのである。


このような新聞社が社会問題・国際問題に公正な記事が書ける筈がない。

ニフコの社長は

日本の声を代弁して発信できるような人にやってほしい、

といわれて事業を引き継いだそうであるが、笑止であろう。、

日本のメディアが常日頃こうした社会の動向に目を配らないから、土肥隆一衆院議員のようなケースのようにあとになって発覚して大騒ぎするのである。

日本政府はこのような邪悪な圧力に屈せず、日本人配偶者を守れ！

韓国の中心で竹島は日本のだ、と叫べ

であれば、韓国の国会とか、青瓦台の前とか、韓国語で、

「竹島は日本の領土です、韓国は不法占拠しています。どうか、日本に返してください。和解を促進しましょう」

とか、拡声器をつかって叫んでみたらどうだろうか？それくらいしないと議員の真意が相手に通じないのではなかろうか？

とはいえ、一部の馬鹿右翼が当該議員に手を出すなど、ということだけは絶対するなよ。それこそ、日本の恥さらしになる。警察は厳重警戒すべきだし、保守右翼論者もそれは警戒しないと、ますます右翼は衰退する。

因みに、

で、６年間、朝鮮のトンデモン（東大門）におり、数カ月、トンデモン小学校の小学生（としての生活）を送った。それでもやっぱり、『この社会はこれでいいのかな』という漠たる不安をもっていた。たとえば、交番に韓国人、朝鮮人の警官がいて、韓国人の泥棒を捕まえては罰しているという姿をみるにつけ、学校は全部、日本語だから、当然のように日本語を使って、同じ１年生の子供がついうっかり朝鮮語を話すと、朝鮮人の先生がその子をぶんなぐる光景もみてきた

リビアの場合、民間人への危害を防ぎ、戦闘から保護することが急務だ。民衆への攻撃の有無や、数十万人ともいわれる国内避難民の居場所を確認する必要がある。

　そのために国連安保理はまず、軍事的な攻撃を伴わない人道目的の監視飛行を受け入れさせる決議をしてはどうか。政権側も従うべきである。

　これならば、安保理も一致できるのではないか。監視の結果を公開することは、虐殺など戦争犯罪の防止にもなる。人道監視の必要性は、湾岸戦争の後から論じられてきた。今回はその新しいルールを作る機会になる。

うん。朝日は頭いい。日本政府としてもぜひ提案してほしい・・・・。


メア発言で米政府珍しく低姿勢―対日政策のホンネばれ「ヤバイ!」

沖縄総領事時代のメアを知る元沖縄県知事の大田昌秀氏のコメントが面白い。

「彼は一方的に考えを押し付けてくるタイプで、過去にも県民を怒らせてしまって（沖縄からの）退去要求を突きつけられている。そんな総領事はそれまでいなかった」
彼とは実りのある話ができなかったという。きのうの名護市議会で出た「占領意識そのものだ」という声とも通ずるようだ。

杉尾秀哉（TBSテレビ報道局解説・専門記者室長）はこの1月、メアと会っていた。
「率直なもの言いの人で、日本が好き、沖縄の人も土地も好きというのが伝わってきたので、この発言とのギャップは大きいなぁ。普天間をめぐる民主党の迷走にイラだっていたのかなとも思う」

メア氏に関してはーーーというか誰に関してもそうだろうがーーーー相異なる評価があるようではある。

米側のこの危機管理能力はさすがだ。日本だったら、まずはうろうろ、決定までに時間がかかり、さらにだれかが余計な発言したりと、散々恥をさらしただろうな。

いずれにしても、最近では、世界各国のデータが出そろってきているので、マネーを増やしてもデフレは脱却できない、インフレにならないというのは、日本のごく一部の人だけがいっているだけだ。

これは言えているのだが、どうだが、いけのぶさんと見解が真っ向から対立している。

経済学というのは表やら数式があるが、実際はかなり人文科学的なのか？

いじめ自殺の中学生―卒業式で両親が実名公表「覚えていてほしい」

昨年（2010年）6月、川崎市で1人の中学3年の男子生徒が自殺した。いじめられている友人を守り切れなかったというのがその理由だった。テレビや新聞で報道されたが、生徒の実名は伏せられていた。昨日（2011年3月9日）、中学の卒業式があり、両親と兄が出席、卒業証書を受け取った。そして、自殺した息子の実名と写真を公表した。
生徒の名前は篠原真矢（まさや）。当時14歳。素直で優しそうな少年だ。自殺する2日前という修学旅行での写真には、ピースサインをする笑顔が写っている。
匿名の一生で終わらせたくない
リポーターの阿部祐二が両親に心境を聞く。母親は「いまでも毎日思い出します」。自殺したのは自宅1階のトイレだった。そのトイレにはまだ入れない。頑固で曲がったことの嫌いな子だった。友人をかばっていたら、自分も標的になり、繰り返し叩かれたりズボンを下ろされたりされたという

これも痛ましい事件だった。

Gang Rape Charges Raise Race Tensions in Texas Town
The village has a history of racial violence. In 1988, an African American man was arrested in Cleveland for allegedly stealing a fountain pen. The man, 30-year-old Kenneth Simpson, was allegedly beaten to death by white police officers while in prison. The officers were acquitted of murder charges and returned to work.

In addition, Cleveland is embroiled in a political scandal where three city council members are facing a recall election following complaints of corruption. All three of those city council members are African American.

More than half of the town is white, with the rest of the residents split between blacks and Hispanics.

Most of the defendants have ties to Precinct 20, the nickname for the predominantly African-American neighborhood in Cleveland. The black neighborhood is sometimes referred to as "the quarters."

11才の少女が集団強姦された。加害者はアフリカ系アメリカ人。そこで、地域の人種間の対立が高まってブラックパンサー登場、というから、被害者は”白人”なのであろう。
そもそもこの地域では人種間の緊張・対立があり、今回のケースでは、加害者は”黒人”だけではないだろう、と。

　在日の一部の欧米人のコメントからは、米国は脱人種（post racial)時代をむかえたのだとばかり思っていたが・・・・

A 19-year-old Northbrook woman died of an apparent suicide nine days after telling University of Notre Dame police that she had been sexually attacked by a football player in a dorm room, the Tribune has learned.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Seeberg, a freshman at neighboring St. Mary's College who had battled depression, apparently overdosed on prescription medication in her own room during the third week of classes in September. The player, meanwhile, has remained on the field.

More than two months later, Notre Dame refuses to publicly acknowledge the case, and what actions university officials have taken to investigate her allegation remain largely unknown.

心のケアをしないと、救急病院や、学校、裁判所、刑務所などに負担がかかるだけ、だという意見を紹介。
つまり、心のケアが足りなかったことに起因するアリゾナの銃撃事件みたいのを念頭においているわけですね。ファビって、被害者がでて、つかまって、云々ということ。

この国をあまりにも憂いたせいか、やり過ぎて、わが人生で、不適切なことが何度か起きたことがあるのは、確かだ。

不適切というのは、浮気のことなんだろうね。

　最初の離縁状は、最初の妻が癌の術後に、二回目の離縁状は二度目の妻が複数の硬化症が発覚してたときに、他に女性がいることを告白。で、現在三人目の奥さん、という。

　ロシアは、冷戦時代に、メディアなどの情報戦でかなり痛い目にあったのか、あるいは、米国のメディアが他国に対してやっていることに対するカルマなのか、米国についてかなり辛辣な記事が多いですね。キュンラーよりはましだと思うが・・・

　菅直人首相の資金管理団体が、２００６年と０９年に、在日韓国人系金融機関の元理事から計１０４万円の献金を受けていたことが、朝日新聞の調べでわかった。元理事の親族や複数の関係者は元理事について在日韓国人と説明している。政治資金規正法は外国人からの寄付を禁じている。

政治資金規正法は、日本の政治や選挙への外国の関与や影響を未然に防ぐため、外国人の政治献金を禁じている。故意や重い過失があった場合は、３年以下の禁錮か５０万円以下の罰金の罰則がある。・・・・・

朝日新聞は首相側に、元理事が韓国籍だと認識していたかなどを質問したが、回答はなく、故意や過失があったかは確認できていない。

これで、とどめか？
