本当に強い者は逃げる

プーチンが北朝鮮を訪問したようです。

２４年ぶりだそうです。

つまりプーチンは政権についたばかりの頃一度来ただけで

それ以来ずっと北朝鮮を軽視した

その表れでもありますね。

その間に北朝鮮からは

金正恩のお父さんの時代から

何度も総書記がモスクワ詣出をしてた訳ですが

この関係は昔の冊封体制みたいなものでしたね。

ところがここに来て

ロシアは北朝鮮からも武器を調達しないと戦争が維持できませんから

プライドを捨てて頭を下げに行った

まぁそんなところでしょう。

しかし北朝鮮からすれば

大国ロシアにコンプレックスがありますから

夜中の到着なのに金正恩は空港まで出迎えたようです。

これを見ると

国レベルであっても

どっちが訪問するかによって

力関係が見て取れますよね。

歴史小説でも

力のある武将が他の大名を呼びつけて

それで力関係が決まる

そんなシーンがあります。

そうやって見れば

ロシアの没落ぶりもわかりますし

もしかしたら主従が逆転したのか？

って印象もあります。

まぁしかし金正恩さん

若いですね。

戦略的パートナーシップをロシアと締結した

って事で満面の笑みでしたが

北朝鮮が攻撃を受けたらロシアが助けてくれる

本気でそう思ってるように見えましたね。

ロシアはCISのメンバーであるアルメニアも助けませんでしたし

そもそも条約を守るような国であればウクライナへの侵攻も無かったのです。

今回の北朝鮮と交わした条約も紙切れ

普通はそう考えますよね。

まぁいずれにしても国レベルでも

どちらが訪問するかによって

力関係が決まる訳ですが

これ私たち日々の生活においても全く一緒ですよね。

私自身若いころは

力のある同業者やゼネコン

また住宅メーカなど

とにかく日中はあっちこっちに顔を出しまくっていました。

ですから

それはビジネスでは当然の行為であり

卑屈になる必要も無いわけですが

円満な関係で訪問するのは良いですが

トラブルになったらなるべく行かないほうが良いですね。

私はトラブルが長引くのが嫌で

若いころは揉めた同業者にもよく行きましたが

大体ろくな結果にはなりません。

それと一番ダメなのは

呼びつけられて行く事ですね。

昔は喧嘩腰で人を呼びつける不動産屋の中には

実際に訪ねていくと

反社会勢力の人間が待っていた

なんて話はよくありました。

ですから大変危険なんです。

最近北海道で殺された女子高生も

相手に呼びつけられて出かけて行ってしまい

悲惨な結果になりましたが

殺されないまでも私たちの時代から

不良に呼びつけられてのこのこ出ていくと

大体集団リンチでしたからね。

ですから私自身は

トラブルになって呼びつけられても

今は絶対に行きません。

“用があればそちらから来てください”

それだけで大体終わりです。

そんな感じで

昔は不動産の仕事は危険な思いもしましたので

呼びつけられたら行かない

これが私は身についた訳です。

この話

本当に中学生や高校生にはしたいですよね。

ニュースで悲惨な事件を目にするたびにいつも思います。

何で行ってしまったの？

って

今進行中の話で具体的には書けませんが

ある逃げ回ってるお客様がいます。

これ大変困りますが

どうしようもありません

法治国家ですからね。

泣き寝入りです。

ですからいつも思う訳です

逃げる者は強い

It seems that Putin visited North Korea.

and this relationship was like the old tributary system.

However, now that Russia can't continue the war without procuring weapons from North Korea, it has put aside its pride and bowed.

That's how it means.

However, North Korea has a complex about the great power Russia, 

so Kim Jong Un went to the airport to greet Putin, even though he arrived in the middle of the night.

When you look at this, even at the national level, you can see the hierarchy of power depending on which side is visiting.

In historical novels, there are scenes where a powerful warlord calls another feudal lord and the balance of power is decided.

Looking at it that way, you can see the decline of Russia, 

and it gives the impression that the roles of master and servant have been reversed.

But Kim Jong Un is young. 

He was all smiles because he had signed a strategic partnership with Russia, and  it seemed like he really believed that Russia would help North Korea if it were attacked. 

Russia didn't help Armenia, a member of the CIS, 

and if it is a country that abided by the treaty, 

Russia wouldn't have invaded Ukraine. 

The treaty that was signed with North Korea this time is just a piece of paper, so that's what most people would think. 

Anyway, even at the national level, 

the structure of power is decided by which side is visiting,

and this is exactly the same in our daily lives.

 When I was young, I used to visit many powerful companies 

general contractors, housing manufacturers, etc. 

So, that's a natural thing to do in business, and there's no need to be servile, 

it's fine to visit when you have a good relationship, 

but if there's trouble, it's better not to go. 

I didn't want the trouble to drag on, so when I was young, I often visited such companies 

 but it usually didn't end well. 

And the worst thing is to be summoned. 

In the past, there were many stories of real estate agents who called people in a belligerent manner, 

And when they actually went to visit, anti-social elements were waiting for them.

So it's very dangerous.

Recently, a high school girl was killed in Hokkaido,

she was called by the other person and went out, and it ended tragically.

Even if developed to murder 

in our time, if you were called by delinquents and went out, 

you were usually subject to viplence

So now, even if I get into trouble and am called, I never go.

"If you need talk please come to me."

That's the end of it.

In the past, I felt that the real estate business was dangerous, so I learned not to go when I'm called.

I really want to tell this story to junior high and high school students.

Every time I see a tragic incident on the news, I always think.

Why did they go?

I can't write about it in detail because it's an ongoing story, 

there is a customer who is running away.

This is very troubling,

 but

there's nothing we can do about it.

We live in a country governed by laws.

I just have to put up with it.

That's why I always think that those who run away are the strongest.
