3月末、ベネズエラのマドゥロ大統領や国防相、制憲議会議長、最高裁長官等の政府高官や、かつてコロンビアでの反政府左翼ゲリラ組織であった「コロンビア革命軍（FARC）」の幹部が、米国政府によって米連邦地裁に起訴された。
今や詐欺師として有名となったポンペオ米国務長官は毎度の嘘で捏造した犯罪を強調する声明を出し、またユダヤ人のウィリアム・バー米司法長官もポンペオに倣いマドゥロ大統領らのコカイン密輸等を指摘した。
また、ニューヨーク南部地区連邦検事（US Attorney SDNY ：United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York）の最高検察官ジェフリー・バーマンも、「マドゥロ大統領、及びその他のベネズエラの当局者が、麻薬テロを犯したことについての陰謀や、何百トンものコカインを米国に輸入したことについての陰謀、関連する武器犯罪について起訴した」と発表した。

William Barr Attorney General William Pelham Barr was sworn in as Attorney General on February 14, 2019.
しかし、その米国の毎度の「嘘」とは裏腹に、その米国のトランプ政権が後ろ盾となってベネズエラの暫定大統領と勝手に、不法に自称宣言している、ベネズエラの国民議会議長フアン・グアイドこそが、ベネズエラの隣りの国コロンビアの麻薬カルテル兼・準軍事組織と繋がっている事が、前に掲げたYouTube群の中に在る写真等によっても明らかにされている。
米国の傀儡フアン・グアイドと繋がる「ロス・ラストロホス（Los Rastrojos）」は、2004年頃から活動を始める新興のBACRIM(「犯罪グループ」という意味)という右翼の違法武装集団であり、かつてコロンビアの武力紛争に従事していた。
また、そのロス・ラストロホスは、殆ど解体されて分裂したコロンビアの麻薬カルテルでもあり、強力な「ノルテ・デル・ヴァッレ（Norte del Valle）麻薬カルテル」から生まれ、そのノルテ・デル・ヴァッレと共に、1970年に設立されたコロンビアの犯罪組織「カリ・カルテル（Cartel de Cali）」の後継者と見られている。主に、コカイン、マリファナ、ヘロインの密輸や人身売買、違法な金の採掘によって資金を調達して来た。
ノルテ・デル・ヴァッレは1990年代後半から活動が目立つ様になり、違法薬物取引で最も強力な組織の1つとして、活動が収縮する2008年より前の2006年頃に「麻薬準軍事組織（Narcoparamilitarismo）」によって設立された。麻薬密売者が麻薬作物に対する支配を守り、武装グループによる左派（ゲリラ）と右派（準軍組織）の強要から身を守る為に作成された違法な武装グループを指し、準軍事グループの敵に成り得た。
1964年～現在まで続く、約22万人が死亡、45,000人の行方不明、約740万人が難民となった「コロンビア内戦」に於いては、右翼・左翼を問わず麻薬が資金源として使われていたのだが、そんな中で、右翼の準軍事組織（パラミリターレス）のロス・ラストロホスのメンバー24人が逮捕された際、左翼の反政府ゲリラ組織「民族解放軍（ELN）」との同盟関係が明らかになった。

"The Rastrojos started in 2002, as the armed wing for Wilber Varela, alias "Jabon." At the time, Varela was fighting a rival in the Norte Del Valle Cartel, Diego Montoya, alias "Don Diego," and Montoya's private army, the "Machos." Varela lieutenant Diego Pérez Henao, alias "Diego Rastrojo recruited its first members, hence the group took on his name."
Conflict with FARC-EP and ELN
Los Rastrojos have frequently fought battles against the guerrilla groups FARC-EP (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia) and ELN (Ejército de Liberación Nacional) in the southern Cauca department.
Currently, the Rastrojos have an agreement with the National Liberation Army (Ejército de Liberación Nacional – ELN) for several years in the departments of Cauca and Nariño. More recently they obtained a similar agreement with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia – FARC) in other parts of the country. In both cases, these alliances give the Rastrojos direct access to coca base, which provides them the raw material to convert into cocaine at very cheap prices. The Rastrojos' other ally, Daniel Barrera Barrera, alias "El Loco," struck similar agreements with the FARC in other areas until his arrest in September 2012. Together the Rastrojos and Barrera have obtained a huge competitive advantage, one that has also led to strong partnerships with Mexican cartels.
2012 setbacks
The Rastrojos suffered a series of major setbacks in 2012, a year in which all three of its top leaders either surrendered or were arrested. In May 2012 one of the leaders of Los Rastrojos, Javier Antonio Calle Serna (alias "Comba"), handed himself in to US authorities in Aruba. As a result, Diego Rastrojo and Calle Serna's brother Luis Enrique (also alias "Comba") became leaders; Rastrojo's leadership was short-lived, as he was captured in western Venezuela in early June. The Venezuelan government said it would hand him over to the Colombian authorities."El Doctor" is accused of the murder of Varela, having been Varela's right-hand man for a decade.On October 4, Colombian authorities announced that Comba, the last remaining leader of the Rastrojos, also surrendered to U.S. narcotics agency DEA.The last faction of Los Rastrojos was captured in 2017.

「Last weekend, Colombian intelligence agents arrested two Israelis and a Colombian suspected of being part of an arms-smuggling network attempting to deliver more than 50,000 guns to guerrillas. [includes rush transcript]
Colombian officials are investigating whether the detained Israelis are linked to Yair Klein, an Israeli mercenary accused by Colombian authorities of training right-wing paramilitaries and drug-traffickers in the late 1980s and 1990s.
And it is this man Yair Klein that we are going to take a close look at today. It’s the story of a leading mercenary but also of the governments and shadowy forces he has worked with.
In late April, Yair Klein was released from a Sierra Leone prison where he spent 16 months on charges that he was smuggling arms to rebels from the Revolutionary United Front (RUF).
Klein is a former lieutenant colonel in the Israeli Army. In the 1980s he established a paramilitary mercenary company called Spearhead Ltd. Through this company, Klein began providing arms and training to forces in South America.
In 1989, Klein, along with several other former Israeli officers, was charged by authorities in Colombia of providing paramilitary training and arms to drug lords running international cocaine cartels. He is also accused of training Mafia assassins whose targets have included Colombian politicians. Klein is also suspected of involvement in the explosion of a Colombian airliner in November 1989.
In 1991, Klein was convicted by an Israeli court of illegally exporting military arms and information to a Colombian group. He was fined $13,400. He has denied all charges.
In 1998, Klein was officially indicted in Colombia on charges of training paramilitary units in terror tactics in the late 1980s. He was allegedly one of four Israelis hired by the late drug trafficker Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha, one of the Medellin cartel’s most violent bosses.
The evidence against him includes a training video that he used to instruct death squads in Colombia. The main leaders in the infamous Carlos Castano’s paramilitary groups were trained by Yair Klein.
Massacres, assassinations of politicians and other terror tactics now used by paramilitaries in Colombia were part of the instruction that Yair Klein gave in his training camps.」

メデジン・カルテルの後に興った「コロンビア自衛軍連合（AUC）」は、メデジン・カルテルが統一された実体としては消滅しその組織力と影響力の多くを失った後、1997年頃からコロンビアの地方の殆ど（90％程）の準軍事組織（パラミリターレス）を傘下に収める右翼の上部組織となった。
AUCの創始者のカルロス・カスターニョ・ヒルは、10代の頃から準軍組織に所属し、偽イスラエルで訓練を受けていた。
その後、右翼武装勢力が2005年からの武装解除されるという決定により、AUCは事実上解散状態になっている。しかしその後継として、ブラック・イーグル団、ロス・ラストロホス、ロス・ウラベノスといったBACRIM(「犯罪グループ」という意味)という違法武装集団が登場しており、麻薬犯罪や企業恐喝を行っている。
今回の、ベネズエラのマドゥロ大統領を米国政府が起訴した事は、1989年に軍事侵攻して身柄を拘束したパナマのノリエガ元将軍以来となる、外国のトップに対する起訴である。反米国家ベネズエラでクーデターを起こし、ベネズエラ国を米国に手懐けると共に、世界最大の埋蔵量を誇ると言われる石油の獲得も目論む。
イラクで勾留した者達をIS（DAESH）のテロリストとして養成し、シリアやイラクでの体制転換戦争に利用した様に、米国政府やCIAはコロンビアの麻薬カルテルの壊滅に向かう中で逮捕した者達を米国、及びCIAの工作員として訓練した後に利用して、ベネズエラのデモ活動に侵入させる等をして、ベネズエラの左翼政権のレジーム・チェンジを謀って来たのであろう。

3月末、ベネズエラのマドゥロ大統領や国防相、制憲議会議長、最高裁長官等の政府高官や、かつてコロンビアでの反政府左翼ゲリラ組織であった「コロンビア革命軍（FARC）」の幹部が、米国政府によって米連邦地裁に起訴された。
今や詐欺師として有名となったポンペオ米国務長官は毎度の嘘で捏造した犯罪を強調する声明を出し、またユダヤ人のウィリアム・バー米司法長官もポンペオに倣いマドゥロ大統領らのコカイン密輸等を指摘した。
また、ニューヨーク南部地区連邦検事（US Attorney SDNY ：United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York）の最高検察官ジェフリー・バーマンも、「マドゥロ大統領、及びその他のベネズエラの当局者が、麻薬テロを犯したことについての陰謀や、何百トンものコカインを米国に輸入したことについての陰謀、関連する武器犯罪について起訴した」と発表した。

しかし、その米国の毎度の「嘘」とは裏腹に、その米国のトランプ政権が後ろ盾となってベネズエラの暫定大統領と勝手に、不法に自称宣言している、ベネズエラの国民議会議長フアン・グアイドこそが、ベネズエラの隣りの国コロンビアの麻薬カルテル兼・準軍事組織と繋がっている事が、前に掲げたYouTube群の中に在る写真等によっても明らかにされている。

米国の傀儡フアン・グアイドと繋がる「ロス・ラストロホス（Los Rastrojos）」は、2004年頃から活動を始める新興のBACRIM(「犯罪グループ」という意味)という右翼の違法武装集団であり、かつてコロンビアの武力紛争に従事していた。
また、そのロス・ラストロホスは、殆ど解体されて分裂したコロンビアの麻薬カルテルでもあり、強力な「ノルテ・デル・ヴァッレ（Norte del Valle）麻薬カルテル」から生まれ、そのノルテ・デル・ヴァッレと共に、1970年に設立されたコロンビアの犯罪組織「カリ・カルテル（Cartel de Cali）」の後継者と見られている。主に、コカイン、マリファナ、ヘロインの密輸や人身売買、違法な金の採掘によって資金を調達して来た。
ノルテ・デル・ヴァッレは1990年代後半から活動が目立つ様になり、違法薬物取引で最も強力な組織の1つとして、活動が収縮する2008年より前の2006年頃に「麻薬準軍事組織（Narcoparamilitarismo）」によって設立された。麻薬密売者が麻薬作物に対する支配を守り、武装グループによる左派（ゲリラ）と右派（準軍組織）の強要から身を守る為に作成された違法な武装グループを指し、準軍事グループの敵に成り得た。
1964年～現在まで続く、約22万人が死亡、45,000人の行方不明、約740万人が難民となった「コロンビア内戦」に於いては、右翼・左翼を問わず麻薬が資金源として使われていたのだが、そんな中で、右翼の準軍事組織（パラミリターレス）のロス・ラストロホスのメンバー24人が逮捕された際、左翼の反政府ゲリラ組織「民族解放軍（ELN）」との同盟関係が明らかになった。

"The Rastrojos started in 2002, as the armed wing for Wilber Varela, alias "Jabon." At the time, Varela was fighting a rival in the Norte Del Valle Cartel, Diego Montoya, alias "Don Diego," and Montoya's private army, the "Machos." Varela lieutenant Diego Pérez Henao, alias "Diego Rastrojo recruited its first members, hence the group took on his name."
Conflict with FARC-EP and ELN
Los Rastrojos have frequently fought battles against the guerrilla groups FARC-EP (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia) and ELN (Ejército de Liberación Nacional) in the southern Cauca department.
Currently, the Rastrojos have an agreement with the National Liberation Army (Ejército de Liberación Nacional – ELN) for several years in the departments of Cauca and Nariño. More recently they obtained a similar agreement with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia – FARC) in other parts of the country. In both cases, these alliances give the Rastrojos direct access to coca base, which provides them the raw material to convert into cocaine at very cheap prices. The Rastrojos' other ally, Daniel Barrera Barrera, alias "El Loco," struck similar agreements with the FARC in other areas until his arrest in September 2012. Together the Rastrojos and Barrera have obtained a huge competitive advantage, one that has also led to strong partnerships with Mexican cartels.
2012 setbacks
The Rastrojos suffered a series of major setbacks in 2012, a year in which all three of its top leaders either surrendered or were arrested. In May 2012 one of the leaders of Los Rastrojos, Javier Antonio Calle Serna (alias "Comba"), handed himself in to US authorities in Aruba. As a result, Diego Rastrojo and Calle Serna's brother Luis Enrique (also alias "Comba") became leaders; Rastrojo's leadership was short-lived, as he was captured in western Venezuela in early June. The Venezuelan government said it would hand him over to the Colombian authorities."El Doctor" is accused of the murder of Varela, having been Varela's right-hand man for a decade.On October 4, Colombian authorities announced that Comba, the last remaining leader of the Rastrojos, also surrendered to U.S. narcotics agency DEA.The last faction of Los Rastrojos was captured in 2017.

メデジン・カルテルが偽イスラエル等の傭兵を通して訓練を受けたり武器や設備を提供された様に、元偽イスラエルの将校が興した準軍事傭兵会社からコロンビアの右翼の準軍事組織や麻薬密売組織に訓練や武器を提供していた事が、次に書かれている。

Colombian officials are investigating whether the detained Israelis are linked to Yair Klein, an Israeli mercenary accused by Colombian authorities of training right-wing paramilitaries and drug-traffickers in the late 1980s and 1990s.
And it is this man Yair Klein that we are going to take a close look at today. It’s the story of a leading mercenary but also of the governments and shadowy forces he has worked with.
In late April, Yair Klein was released from a Sierra Leone prison where he spent 16 months on charges that he was smuggling arms to rebels from the Revolutionary United Front (RUF).
Klein is a former lieutenant colonel in the Israeli Army. In the 1980s he established a paramilitary mercenary company called Spearhead Ltd. Through this company, Klein began providing arms and training to forces in South America.
In 1989, Klein, along with several other former Israeli officers, was charged by authorities in Colombia of providing paramilitary training and arms to drug lords running international cocaine cartels. He is also accused of training Mafia assassins whose targets have included Colombian politicians. Klein is also suspected of involvement in the explosion of a Colombian airliner in November 1989.
In 1991, Klein was convicted by an Israeli court of illegally exporting military arms and information to a Colombian group. He was fined $13,400. He has denied all charges.
In 1998, Klein was officially indicted in Colombia on charges of training paramilitary units in terror tactics in the late 1980s. He was allegedly one of four Israelis hired by the late drug trafficker Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha, one of the Medellin cartel’s most violent bosses.
The evidence against him includes a training video that he used to instruct death squads in Colombia. The main leaders in the infamous Carlos Castano’s paramilitary groups were trained by Yair Klein.
Massacres, assassinations of politicians and other terror tactics now used by paramilitaries in Colombia were part of the instruction that Yair Klein gave in his training camps.」

メデジン・カルテルの後に興った「コロンビア自衛軍連合（AUC）」は、メデジン・カルテルが統一された実体としては消滅しその組織力と影響力の多くを失った後、1997年頃からコロンビアの地方の殆ど（90％程）の準軍事組織（パラミリターレス）を傘下に収める右翼の上部組織となった。
AUCの創始者のカルロス・カスターニョ・ヒルは、10代の頃から準軍組織に所属し、偽イスラエルで訓練を受けていた。
その後、右翼武装勢力が2005年からの武装解除されるという決定により、AUCは事実上解散状態になっている。しかしその後継として、ブラック・イーグル団、ロス・ラストロホス、ロス・ウラベノスといったBACRIM(「犯罪グループ」という意味)という違法武装集団が登場しており、麻薬犯罪や企業恐喝を行っている。
今回の、ベネズエラのマドゥロ大統領を米国政府が起訴した事は、1989年に軍事侵攻して身柄を拘束したパナマのノリエガ元将軍以来となる、外国のトップに対する起訴である。反米国家ベネズエラでクーデターを起こし、ベネズエラ国を米国に手懐けると共に、世界最大の埋蔵量を誇ると言われる石油の獲得も目論む。
イラクで勾留した者達をIS（DAESH）のテロリストとして養成し、シリアやイラクでの体制転換戦争に利用した様に、米国政府やCIAはコロンビアの麻薬カルテルの壊滅に向かう中で逮捕した者達を米国、及びCIAの工作員として訓練した後に利用して、ベネズエラのデモ活動に侵入させる等をして、ベネズエラの左翼政権のレジーム・チェンジを謀って来たのであろう。
