４月４日は復活祭（イースター）だったんですね。

上の写真はラルソンさんのこの日のための作品。Fort Baker に向かうトンネルの出口の半楕円形がイースターエッグを連想させます。トンネルの正面はＳＦダウンタウンですね。

A favorite holiday shot for Easter Sunday taken under a "Passover" and looking through a tunnel at a sunrise service with my shutter.

I titled this "Planet San Francisco" and shot it through a tunnel arch on Bunker Road leading into Fort Baker that shapes San Francisco's skyline at daybreak.

４月１１日は　US HALF MARATHON のため金門橋の両サイドの歩道が一時閉鎖となるそーです。サンフランシスコＯＢ会宛てに直接金門橋のホームページよりメールが届くようになりましたのでこの場を借りて会長にご報告させていただきます。

On Sunday, April 11, between 7am and 9am, both Golden Gate Bridge sidewalks will be closed to accommodate 2,500 runners participating in the US Half Marathon. The race starts from Aquatic Park and will make its way across the Golden Gate Bridge. Racers will run north on the east sidewalk and return south on the west sidewalk.

While the sidewalks are closed, bicyclists and pedestrians wishing to cross the Bridge can ride a free shuttle service. Shuttle stops will be located on the south side in the southeast parking lot and on the north side along the northbound Alexander Avenue off-ramp bus stop.
