第133話 「キンちゃん」への手紙

Fukushima 4th anniversary in London

 

Green Party Japan中山均さん（新潟市市会議員）への手紙

 

中山さん、おひさしぶりです。お元気そうですね。もう「キンちゃん」ではなくて、小さな自分の人生は終えて、ほかの多くの人たちの健康や平和や幸せのために、「中山ひとし」として、自分の人生のすべてを捧げているのだなあと、遠くイギリスの地から感動して見ています。

 

わたしも、この３月、FUKUSHIMAの４周年に、はじめて（２５年ぶりに？）反原発のデモに参加して、ロンドンの日本大使館前、東電ロンドン支店前などを歩きました。ビックベンのあるパーラメントで開かれた集会では、ヨーロッパ中の原子力発電所のことを知っている専門家が現況を説明してくれたり、福島で暮らすイギリス人男性が、子供たちやお母さんたちのすがたを語ってくれたり、日本で楽しく反原発運動をやっている若い大学生が希望を語ってくれたりして、わたしもとても力づけられました。

 

４月中旬に８年ぶりに日本に行きます。父親が歩けなくなってきているので、励まそうと新潟市の家で父と２週間過ごすつもりです。４月１８日土曜日から、５月３日までいます。何かわたしでできることがあったら手伝わさせてください。

それでは、２０年ぶりにお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

Dear friends. 

Have you watched the film ‘Princess Mononoke’?
Japan is a country which covered with high mountains, where the spirits still live now.
Human being has been invented technology all the time since the use of the fire.

Nuclear power is clearly beyond the ability of human; March 2011, Japan has sacrificed herself to reveal this to the world.

As a Japanese who live abroad, it was as if I have lost the home. Japanese people has lost clean water.
It took four years for me to recover from feeling of deep sadness. I have just attended the Fukushima anniversary event for the first time in March in London.

As I have met young people there, I now feel there is a hope. May be these generation who think differently could save the world. They may be able to approach to 'No nuke', in different way.

Let's  walk together, lets sing together, lets dance together for peace.
