Students of today

Now I try to write my blog in English. So I tried to talk with some of students in English. To my surprise, how they can speak well in English. Whatever they spoke broken English, they tried to make their presentation.
When I was a student. I could read English, but I could not speak English, and would not speak. Because I was afraid if my English was not correct.
On the contrary, studens of today do try to speak English.
I thought I'll atempt to speak and write English more.

入試問題が外注？

　昨日、ある人から聞いた。入試問題が何と「外注」なんだって。公立高校はともかくとして、私立高校では入試問題を外注しているところがあるらしい。何でも、試験問題を専門につくる会社があって、そこにたのむんだそうだ。そして１問いくらで買うんだって・・・。本当なんだそうだ。これにはびっくりした。
　今、各地でやられている「教育委員会主催の学力調査」というテスト。これも手作りではなく、「外注」。教育産業もここまで来ているのかと思った。だとすると「学力調査」をやることであらたな利権が生まれていることになる。どうりで「学力調査」がはやるわけだ。これは教育の荒廃なのではなかろうか？
