10歳の頃ならまだそんなことわかんないだろうに、でも、10歳の頃もやっぱりペドで、自分より小さなジェームス君をくびり殺したわけですね。
英国で死刑が廃止されたことは非常に不幸なことだと一部の人は言いますが、廃止していなかったとして、捜査、裁判云々が終わったとしても、16歳に満たない犯人を死刑に出来るものでしょうか、いや、出来ない＿＿＿
なんて、あれこれ思考が流れてきたので書いといた。以上。

A photograph posted on Twitter that may have exposed the new identity of James Bulger's killer Jon Venables was on Wednesday night being investigated by the Attorney General's office as a possible contempt of court.
ツイートされた、ジェームス・バルガー君殺害事件の犯人、ジョン・ヴェナブルズの新しいアイデンティティーを暴露した可能性がある写真が水曜日の夜、法廷侮辱罪にあたる可能性があるとして調査されました。
Venables and Robert Thompson, who brutally murdered the toddler 20 years ago this week in Liverpool when they were just ten years old, are protected by an injunction granting them lifelong anonymity for fear of vigilante revenge attacks.

But a photograph purporting to show Venables smiling and unshaven at a birthday party was uploaded on to Twitter on Tuesday.

More than 100 Twitter followers re-tweeted the image. Some comments on the page, which have now been deleted, suggested he would be lynched by vigilante mobs on his release from prison.

既に削除された同ページに残された一部のコメントは、ヴェナブルズが刑務所から出るや否や自警団にリンチされるだろうと記されていました。
It prompted an investigation by the Attorney General's Office, together with police, prison authorities and the Ministry of Justice.
これにより検察庁が警察、刑務所当局、司法省と合同で捜査に乗り出しました。
A spokesman refused to confirm or deny whether the picture was Venables.
広報担当者は画像がヴェナブルズのものかどうかを確認しませんでした。
The killers were jailed for life for James's murder in 1993 but released on licence with new identities in 2001.

But Venables is now behind bars again. His parole was revoked in 2010 and he was jailed for two years after admitting downloading and distributing images of children.
