チャイブ

七月に入ってからは雨続き、そんな気候にヒョロリと伸びたチャイブ、

三つ、四つ、花を付けた。

ジャガイモの冷たいスープ、ヴィシソワーズの薬味には欠かせない。

ただ、それだけの為に、育てている。

長い間、勝手口のテラスのハーブの仲間の一員である。

A rainy day  continues in a wet season.
The stem of chives lengthened, and 3~4 flower bloomed.

It is absolutely necessary for a spice for the chilled potato soup　”Vichyssoise".
We cultivate it with other herb on our kitchen terrace for a long time.
