決算委員会の報告がありました

市側から正副議長に追加議案の件で申入れがありました。決算委員会の正副委員長より、決算委員会の報告がありました。会派会議に出席しました。
その後、正副議長の打ち合わせをしました。
そして、私の風邪が他の人にうつらぬよう気を使いました。
There was the offer of the additional bill to the chairperson and vice chairperson　from the city side.
There was a report for us from the chairperson and vice chairman of the Committee　on Audit. I attended at meeting　of associate　group. I did the meeting of the chairperson and the vice chairperson afterwards.
And,I was careful so that other people did not catch my cold.

福田氏（７１）が第２２代総裁に選出

福田氏（７１）が第２２代総裁に選出された。福田氏は３３０票を獲得したが、麻生氏（６７）も１９７票と善戦した。麻生氏が党の三役職から外れたことが気がかりです。福田氏と自民党新幹事長の伊吹氏で進める政権運営は大きく変わります。特に福祉関係で変化があると思います。安倍内閣は２５日の閣議で総辞職し、福田氏は同日午後の国会で第９１代首相に指名され、新内閣を発足させる。
Mr.Fukuda (71) was chosen as the president of the 22nd Liberal Democratic Party.
Mr. Fukuda got 330 votes, but Mr. Aso (67) got well with 197 votes, too.
It was anxious that Mr. Aso came off from post of three top-ranking officials of the party.
Mr. Ibuki got the Liberal Democratic Party new chief secretary.
Mr. Fukuda advances the government administration greatly　with Mr. Ibuki.
I think in particular that there is a change about welfare relations.
Mr. Abe Cabinet resigns in a cabinet meeting of 25th.
Fukuda is appointed in the Diet the 91st　Prime Minister .and starts a new cabinet.

風邪を引いたよう

事務所にて仕事する。
私は心も身体もデリケートのようで、ここのところのちょっとした気候変化によって風邪を引いたようです。身体はだるさを感じ調子よくありません。
今日、明日で治す為、早く休むことにことにします。
I worked in my office.
As for me, both my heart and my body are sensitive. I seem to have caught cold by the change of few climates. My body feels tiredness. There is not my body successfully.
I particularly decide to take a rest early to return physical condition today and tomorrow.

自民党総裁で最後訴え

２３日に投開票が行われる自民党総裁選に立候補している福田康夫氏・麻生太郎氏は最後の訴えとなった。総裁選は、党所属国会議員387票と各都道府県連に3票ずつ割り当てた地方票141票の計528票で争われる。福田氏が麻生より優位に進めているが、どちらが勝利しても、山積している多くの問題に協力し全力で対処してほしい。
Mr.Yasuo Fukuda and Taro Mr.Aso who ran for LDP presidential election became the last suit. Mr.Fukuda can advance to the predominance from Mr.Asao.

調布飛行場まつりについての報告

跡地特別委員会正副委員長より、「調布飛行場まつり」についての報告がありました。
その後、事務所にて、溜まった書類の整理をしました。
From Chairperson and vice Chairperson of the special committee of the Chofu base,there was the report about "the Chofu airport festival".

In my office, I arranged many documents afterwards.
