決算委員会4日目

平成18年度決算委員会4日目、内容は各会計討論、採決でした。
各会計に対する付帯意見の調整に時間が掛かったようです。
一般会計に付帯意見がなく、討論についても本会議場でもありとなったとのことです・・・
昼の時間帯に外出しましたが、今日は30度を越す暑い日となりました。

The contents were each accounts discussion and voting.
The adjustment of the incidental opinion for each accounts seems to have taken time. There was no incidental opinion in the general account. It is possible to discuss even in the plenary session place ・・・
I went out in daytime time, but became a hot day to spend 30 degrees today.
