「第49回北多摩地区消防大会」に出席しました。雨の為、体育館で行なわれました。
17市の消防団が集まりました。

I attended at a No. 49 north Tama district firefighting meet.
For rain, it was performed in a gymnasium.
The firefighting teams of 17 City gathered.

山本有三生誕120年記念事業のオープニングセレモニーに出席

山本有三生誕120年記念事業のオープニングセレモニーに出席しました。娘さんのきよ子さんへ三鷹市議会の12名の議員で栃木県万町の「ふるさと記念館」を訪問してたことを挨拶で話しましたら、大変喜んでいただけました。その後、「第30回商工まつり」に出席しました。あいにくの雨で参加者が少なかったようです。
I attended at the opening ceremony of the event to memorialize the birth of 120 years of Mr Yuzo Yamamoto.
I said that I visited "Oldness and a memorial" of yorozu-cho 　with 12 Mitaka-shi congressists by greetings. Miss Kiyoko of the daughter of Mr Yamamoto was pleased with it.
I attended at "No. 30 business and industry Festival" afterwards.
There seem to have been few participants under rainy influence.

後期高齢者医療制度の方向が変わりつつある

午前、事務所にて仕事する。午後、市役所にて決裁をする。
後期高齢者医療制度の方向が変わりつつあります。地域の自民党の声を聞いて頂いたと思います。そして、三鷹市議会の声が届いたのでしょうか。
I worked in the morning in my office. I approved documents in the afternoon in the city hall.The direction of a super old person medical system will be changing. I think the Diet hear the voice of the local Liberal Democratic Party. And would the voice of the Mitaka-shi assembly arrive?.

第三次三鷹市基本計画(第2次改定)骨格案について

について、全員協議会室において説明を聞きました。その後、5会派から質疑が行われました。
About the third Mitaka-shi basic plan (the second revision), we heard explanation in meeting room.
A question was performed afterwards by the representative of five associates.

議会運営委員会及び各派代表者会議を開催

議会運営委員会正副委員長との打合せを行う。議会運営委員会及び各派代表者会議を開催する。多くの協議事項がありましたが、代表者の活発な議論があり、一定の前進がみられました。
I performed the meeting of a chairperson and the vice chairman of the assembly steering committee.
I held the steering committee and the meeting of the representative.
There were many topics for discussion, but there was the active argument of the representative, and constant progress was watched.
