今年第1回臨時会を開催しました。議案は市税条例等の一部改正する条例です。他自治体では専決処分にする議会も多いようですが、三鷹市議会はしっかりと臨時会を開催し、審議しました。I held a temporary ordinary assembly of No. 1 this year.

The bill relates to the tax of　the city regulations.

There seem to be many assemblies to make first thing to do disposal in the other self-governing body.

The Mitaka-shi assembly held temporary ordinary assembly well and discussed it.

臨時定例会について申入れ

臨時会について申入れがありました。その後、都市整備部から自転車道について説明を聴きました。

There was a request about a temporary ordinary assembly from the city side.

I heard explanation afterwards from the city Maintenance Division

I attended at a hoeing ceremony of the farm of the little child.

書類の整理

自宅に溜まった書類の整理をしました。

定例会最終日

3月定例会最終日です。議員各位の協力で予定時間内に閉会できました。It was the ordinary assembly last day　in March.It was able to close by the cooperation of the member of a municipal assembly before plan time.
