Quality Management plays important roles to improve functions of systems. We consider that business activities are functional results and relations of systems. Therefore, the systems approaches based on Designing Methods are used for management thoughts, and we apply the functional evaluations of business to the activities. In particular, Quality is assumed as properties of the systems with business functions.
We need the thinking methodologies based on systems approaches to manage Quality for business activities, and analytic tools which are of quantity and knowledge for Quality Management are used as solutions.
The professions for Quality require learning the methodologies and thoughts, and the solution methods are improving and changing toward advanced directions.
