Logistical systems mean great improvements in economy, and it is convenient to receive things from others, or to send things to others. The logistics business is attractive, but the competitive situation is growing in global.

An issue of the business is lack of human resource. The cost is decreased, and then the working status is making deterioration. The professions for logistics business must be trained, and advanced businesspersons are needed.  

Creating logistical business models based on the professions is significant, and continuing the businesses is necessary.

Making growth of businesspersons is significant, and the practical treatments on business education are necessary. The schools for business must be more changed for increasing the powers.

In Japan, we have the issue of decreasing business power as the result of a decline in population. We must think about solutions.
