16 NGO consultants including ICAN together with officials of ministry of foreign affairs of Japan have gathered for the NGO consultant Japan conference.
ICAN (International Children's Action Network) with experiences of development projects and emergency relief operations for 21 years in the Philippines. ICAN is an independent Non-government organization(NGO) working for the welfare of children.
