The following is from an article by Mr. Seki-hei that appeared in yesterday's Sankei Shimbun titled "The Horror of the Political and Legal Committee.
As I have already mentioned, Mr. Seki-hei and I met a few years ago at Tofukuji Temple, where the autumn leaves were in full bloom, and we exchanged business cards.
Mr. Seki-hei is also a "national treasure" as defined by Saicho.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that he is the world's most excellent connoisseur of China.
It is a must-read not only for Japanese citizens but also for people all over the world.
This paper is the first to reveal the reality of China to the Japanese people.
I will write later the cruelty of the business people and mass media who do not criticize China, which is such a reality.
A short article with a photo posted by the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of China on a short article posting site has caused controversy both at home and abroad.
It ridiculed India, where the new coronavirus infection is spreading rapidly, and used ironic expressions to make fun of the burial of the dead.
Some Chinese netizens also condemned the public ridicule of mass deaths caused by infectious diseases.
The post was later deleted, but I think this incident made many Chinese people realize once again the cold-bloodedness and inhumanity of the "Political and Legal Committee of the Communist Party.
The Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, which reports directly to the Central Committee of the Communist Party, is the party organization that oversees public security and judicial affairs throughout the country.
Look at the members of the current Political and Legal Affairs Committee. You can immediately see the bizarre nature of this party organization and the immense power it wields.
The top secretary of the committee is Guo Shengkun, a member of the Communist Party Politburo.
Under him, the deputy secretary of the committee is the current head of the Public Security Department.
Under him, the deputy secretary of the committee is the current head of the Public Security Department. In addition, the president of the Supreme People's Court (Supreme Court) and the chief prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office) are also members of the committee.
In other words, the head of the police department, the head of the public security department, and the heads of the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office in Japan are all subordinates of the Politburo member who reigns supreme in the Central Committee.
In a democratic country with separation of powers and independence of the judiciary, this would be unthinkable, but a one-party dictatorship is a reality in China.
The police, the prosecutors, and the courts are all subordinate organizations of one political party, the Communist Party, and they are all driven by the party.
What kind of horrible things can happen as a result of this?
One analogy will make it clear.
For example, someone in the Politburo of the Communist Party, or the leadership of the Communist Party, wants to kill a citizen named Mr. A. A political lawsuit immediately follows this intention to kill.
This intention to kill immediately becomes an order from the Political and Legal Affairs Committee and is transmitted to the police organization of the Ministry of Public Security.
The police will immediately arrest Mr. A as ordered.
Next comes the prosecutor's office.
The prosecutors also prosecute Mr. A and seek the death penalty as ordered by the Political and Legal Affairs Committee.
When it comes to the trial, since the court itself is under the control of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the judge will naturally hand down the death sentence to Mr. A as ordered.
In other words, from the moment the Communist Party leadership decides to take the life of one of its citizens, the police, prosecutors, and courts, under the unified command of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, can literally work as one to carry out this "murder order" quickly and smoothly.
It is the reality of the "judiciary" in China.
With this, the Communist Party is under its control, depriving the people of human rights and freedom and the right to life of the people themselves.
The general public cannot hope for "judicial justice.
They have no choice but to submit to the rule of the Communist Party to survive.
Because of this horrible "judicial" system, the Communist Party has been able to maintain its one-party dictatorship in China for so long.
The People's Liberation Army, the "private army" of the Communist Party, is another pillar of maintaining the one-party dictatorship.
In the Communist Party's own expression, they hold a "sword" named police/judiciary and a "gun" called Liberation Army in both hands.
In the end, the one-party dictatorship is maintained by two violent devices, the sword, and the gun.
The survival of such a dictatorship is nothing but misery for the Chinese people.
Protecting the free world from their tyranny will be the most crucial issue as the CCP regime tries to expand the scope of its dark rule to the surrounding peoples and countries.
